2.1 hdmi is turned off by default in the settings of the monitor. Press the back right button behind the monitor once for quick settings and once again for full settings. It will be listed under the bottom tab on the list. This is my settings for the Xbox One Series X. You’re Welcome!

Looks good on PS5 but you have to upgrade the firmware for it to work correctly. Biggest issue was that there is a dead pixel within four days of owning this. Now i have to order another one to exchange it. Not what in expecting for $900.

Awesome monitor! Make sure you go into your Xbox Series X or PlayStation 5 settings and adjust your display settings. Also, I had to turn on the HDMI 2.1 settings.

I’ve had this monitor since September 17th. It’s now October 22 and I can clearly see multiple dead pixels. Not okay for a nearly thousand dollar monitor.

I had a defective unit. The monitor stopped working after 24hrs. While it was working it never let me play my ps5 at 4k 120hz. You have to go into the settings and turn on HDMI 2.1 and HDR which is ridiculous. Even after that and checking my ps5 settings it never worked.

There are some serious issues when connecting to a source. The screen will at times go black and will not let me bring up the menu. I highly suggest to avoid this monitor

I use this with my Xbox Series X, PS5, Nintendo Switch, and a Macbook Pro. It works great on HDMI for both the Xbox and PS%. The switch I had to get an active converter for HDMI to Displayport and that works perfectly. Macbook can use the USB C and charge it as well. Its an i9 with 64gb of ram so its the larger charger block. This works great for gaming and day to day computer work. You do need to enable HDR and HDMI 2.1 but those are quite simple to do in the monitor settings. Just make sure the HDMI cables you use for the PS5 and Xbox are the ones the consoles came with. Thats the best way to make sure your able is going to work for HDMI 2.1.

Really good picture quality. Tends to run a bit brighter with HDR. Games like God of war may get a bit too white with the snow effects, but overall the picture quality is clear and colorful. Amazing with the ps5 4K 120fps looks so good!

Fantastic monitor, everything looks amazing, HDMI 2.1, expensive but you pay for a great picture. Two complaints, updating the software is a hassle, and swapping between inputs is not smooth

Overall: Great next gen console monitor (Series X/PS5). HDR is crisp. No black light bleed like the LG monitor. HDMI 2.1 has to be enabled through the monitor manually during setup process. I’d recommend disabling HDR mode on your console (ONLY). If HDR is enabled on your console, you’ll black screen. The next gen consoles aren’t up to date with these new next gen monitors.

Bought this to use with my Series X and it has not disappointed. Upgraded from a 1080p Benq monitor to this one and the difference is immeasurable. I finally feel like I’m finally getting the full experience of the Series X. The colors are fantastic and the delay is 1ms, so practically non existent. Honestly could not ask for anything more.. Admittedly though, the preset picture settings are not very good. However, the HDR picture setting is obviously where this monitor shines brightest. Mix that in with the 120hz refresh rate through hdmi 2.1 and it’s stunning. Great monitor once you tweak the settings to your liking for sure. I was able to pick this up while it was on a pretty decent sale, not sure I would spend the full $899 retail since that’s a pretty steep asking for a monitor. All in all, if you pick up this monitor for console gaming, I do not think you will be disappointed one bit.

If you can get this monitor on sale then it might be worth it but for $900 this is not worth it. I’ve only used this monitor for consoles so I can’t speak for pc.

I'm so glad I pulled the trigger with this purchase!!! Over a year later and I'm impressed with the way games look on this beauty. I had one of mt ports go out, but It was fixed and I haven't had any issues since.

This monitor shares the same Innolux panel with the following monitors: Acer XV282K - $899 ASUS VG28UQL1A - $800 Samsung G7 S28AG700 - $799 Gigabyte M28U - $599 I had 2 of them: Gigabyte and Acer and I must say that Gigabyte is not only much better value but also a much better product since Acer is made of very cheap plastic and has a huge chin. Unfortunately Acer is the only monitor currently available on the market because other monitors are sold out. I think $1000 (including tax) is just an insane price for such a mediocre monitor.

It only gets the four stars due to the hdmi outlets not recognizing the ps5 console. You are hoing to have yo get some hdmi2.1 cables, sold here, so you dont have black screen problem i was having. I am yet testing these cables so i will keep posting if problem persist. I mean for a 1000k monitor, you would think it would run and recognize the cables without any issue, lets pray it was only a cable issue because it is a awesome monitor TBH. Even after the reviews i gave it a chance, i hope i dont regret it.

This monitor has some issues recognizing the input source. I do like that it has 2 HDMI 2.1 inputs. But some times when switching between my PS5 and Series X the screen stays black. I can pull up the menu. But it does not respond. At this price point I would expect it to work properly. The 4k 120 hz with HDR look amazing. Hopefully they will find a fix for the input problem.
It does the job, gotta say it looks really clear and smooth like butter, just make sure you install the firmware update which is pretty simple to do and also like everyone says in here make sure the hdmi 2.1 is turned on since for some reason they don’t incorporate that to start with
