Kirk, our technician was able to transfer the data from our old computer to the new one. He worked quickly, was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It probably would have taken me days to transfer everything. We're very happy.

Stacy Edgar provided the best customer service to us - not only he helped us with new computer, he came twice to transfer all the files and make sure we are comfortable to use new computer. Very nice, knowledgeable young man that has a lot of patience dealing with the old couple. We were lucky to have him here!

I would recommend Total Tech to everyone. We moved to VA and called Total Tech to come and install 3 TVs, 2 Sound Bars, set up desktop computer and 2 printers. The Geek Squad was wonderful to work with. Total Tech is a very good value for what you get.

Agent Shay is the very best--very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Repaired the dysfunctional Alexa app and everything is working just fine.
