Kirk, our technician was able to transfer the data from our old computer to the new one. He worked quickly, was efficient, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It probably would have taken me days to transfer everything. We're very happy.

Stacy Edgar provided the best customer service to us - not only he helped us with new computer, he came twice to transfer all the files and make sure we are comfortable to use new computer. I would recommend Total Tech to everyone. We moved to VA and called Total Tech to come and install 3 TVs, 2 Sound Bars, set up desktop computer and 2 printers. The Geek Squad was wonderful to work with. Total Tech is a very good value for what you get.

Agent Shay is the very best--very knowledgeable and highly skilled. Repaired the dysfunctional Alexa app and everything is working just fine. I learned a lot as I watched Agent Shay use his elite trouble-shooting skills. He is very personable and kind with my wife and I as he explained all his fixes or problem resolution. I LOVE the Geek Squad. I think Agent Shay works out of the Eden Prairie Best Buy. Agent Shay helped me with the successful purchase of Best Buy PC products that I needed.,

The agents brought my new tv in and took the old one out then set up the tv and got it working perfectly, set up my new modem and back up hard drive and set up for my phone and computer to back up to the new hard drive.
