Great guys who know their stuff! They explained the features of the products that I purchased, asked me about how I wanted to use these products, and if the product that I purchased wasn’t a good fit for my wants then suggested something that was a better match. My experience with the geek squad has sold more products to my family than any Best Buy commercial or sale ever has. it’s because I feel far more informed and secure about the purchase of the making rather than wandering up and down the isles of the store and hoping that someone helps me. Geek squad employees are your best selling tool!

I have the geek squad guys install my TV and hide the cables behind the wall. It’s awesome except that there is a box at the bottom of the wall where the HDMI cable and power cable have to come out from. It looks better than just a hole in the wall, but it still not hidden. The power cable has to come out of the box and then into the outlet. It’s probably the best alternative to having a hidden outlet, plus that doesn’t solve the problem of an HDMI cable. We basically had the box and outlet behind a Nice curio cabinet. But if your plan is to have all of the cables hidden without a TV stand, this may not be the best solution. That being said, it was our best solution. And, with the membership it only cost us $120. So, if you’re thinking this is only going to cost $50, that is for the basic set up. $150 is the price for hiding the cables behind the wall plus a 15% discount equals $120.

The Geek Squad's work was excellent. No wires show. They mounted 3 sets in less than an hour and cleaned up after themselves. A friend was so impressed she intends to use Best Buy and the Geek Squad to mount her set.

Juan and his team we're the absolute best. The team did a great job mounting my TV and provided me with insight to my next upgrade. The team was professional, friendly and left no trace of the work done, it was a perfect install!

The only thing that did not like was the way my Tv was connected on the bottom I can see about 6’ of the Tv Cable kit which I didn't like.

The professionals at Geek Squad installed our TV, and made sure EVERYTHING was working properly before leaving. Very professional!

The geek squad team came and installed a new power outlet so that it could be right below the TV and right behind my entertainment center. They also did a nice job putting the TV right where I wanted it on the wall. They installed the sound bar right under the TV using the sound bar bracket. It is a sweet set up. The only problem was that my Roku was attached to the back of the TV using velcro and when the TV warmed up from use the sticky side of the velcro detached. Also, I needed the serial number off of the sound bar in order to register it with Sony for the manufacturer's warrantee. The power strip that powered the TV and the Roku was also attached with velcro and it also came loose once the TV was warmed up. So I informed Best Buy about these minor problems and the Geek Squad came back out, reattached the Roku with a different velcro strip and in, apparently, a better spot (it hasn't fallen down since) and used zip ties to attach the power strip to the TV bracket. Agent Harrison also unhooked the sound bar so I could see the serial number and write it down to use for registering the product (then hooked it back up again). Now my Sony TV and sound bar fill my living room with awesome sights and sounds! Thanks Geek Squad!

We were very impressed with the professional attitude of the Geek Squad members who installed our tv and mounting bracket. They were very carful in keeping everything clean while cutting holes in the sheetrock and running the wires from the bottom electrical box to the newly installed . After the installation was completed, they gave us some tips on how to utilize the new TV and search for various programs and features. We would highly recommend them to our friends and neighbors.

Alex and his assistants were great. Alex was very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful in setting up and explaining how my new equipment functioned and how each component fit into the overall system. Alex was helpful in advising me on how to buy additional equipment that could enhance my system and made subsequent visits be sure everything I added was set up properly. I could not be more pleased by the assistance and information they provided.

The Geek Squad truly delivered! Called ahead of time, arrived on time and were polite and courteous. I was amazed by their level of detail and efforts to make my experience the best. They installed a new 50in tv, mounted it to the wall and installed equipment so that the wires were hidden in the wall. What's more, they ensured that I had all of the correct equipment including wires compliant with in wall installation and such. I really hesitated whether or not to get the Geek Squad for installation and I'm so glad that I did. Definitely completed the job significantly better and faster than I could have.

The geek squad far exceeded what I hoped for. Firstly they contacted me to tell me what time they were expecting to arrive instead of me guessing from a window. Then they called again when they were ten minutes out. Upon arrival they were courteous, professional and even cleaned up. Highly happy with them

The installation team from Best Buy - Hurst did a wonderful job installing the wall bracket and 65 inch 4K TV on our living room wall with no cords or cables showing. They worked fast and cleaned up properly and even simplified our remote controls to accomplish much of what the TV remote would do. Now we press one button on the cable remote to turn on the TV, cable, and sound bar. Great work, guys!

If you are not familiar with IWPE bundle-TV single stud bay as I was, this package for TV wall mount installation that hide the cables and power cord in the wall. The Geek Squad Tech suggested the package and it out to be an excellent option that looks and works extremely well. If you are going to mount, you are new TV on the wall get the IWPE bundle-TV single stud bay package and installation.

We replaced a 42in HD TV with a 55in 4K TV. The new TV would hang from the same articulated arm as the replaced TV. The two Geek Squad guys arrived at the appointed time (they called about 30 minutes prior), surveyed the situation and had the new TV mounted in about 30 minutes. They helped me move the older TV to the family room in the basement. Great, friendly service.

Jake S. & Chance did an excellent job of installing my flat screen & sound bar. They went through the remote features for the tv & sound bar as well. They made certain I was comfortable with everything. I appreciated the friendly & professional service these young men provided. Thank you so much!

The Geek Squad agent mounted 3 tv's for me. He was extremely professional. He was considerate by making sure he wore booties on his shoes, meticulously marked the positioning of each TV and waited for my approval. He was quick but efficient. The TVs look great!! Will definitely want Geek Squad (preferably the same agent) to mount the remaining TVs.

I didn’t know until the Geek Squad installers offered this at the time installation that this option was available. For previous installs this option wasn’t available, but I was pleasantly surprised it is now available. The Geek Squad installers did a very professional job. My wife and I are very happy with the final product; clean look, and no visible wires.

The Geek Squad agents were prompt, thorough and went to work immediately. They asked good questions and actually listened for answers before moving forward. They also vacuumed up the drywall dust and made sure the floor and wall was clean. I highly recommend them.
