I am still trying to figure out how to use the program. Right now I am just scanning old pictures and will organize and then try the features to correct as needed.

I bought this to edit photos and create short videos. I needed the videos first. I downloaded it over 5 times, and it never worked for me. I will do my best to never use, support, or buy an adobe product ever again. I haven't even been able to delete all the added files for sure. I view it as a virus as of this point.

I like the software product and capabilities. I am using this on a brand new iMac computer. The main reason for only two stars is the is the elements organizer program that works with elements locks up (stops responding) a lot. I have to force quit then reopen and it works.

Downloading, installing and activating Elements took a lot of patient and time. I have high speed internet and it was still slow. So have patience. Activating requires a few hoops to jump thru but I finally got it running. The first time I opened elements the welcome screen showed me what was new since my last version. I didn’t go thru it and shut down to download and install Premier elements. I then restarted my computer and when opened up elements the welcome screen did not show me what was new since my last version. But, the new Welcome screen is very nice and offers a selection of things to do. Even a search bar. Photos you have recently used are on the Welcome screen so you can quickly choose what you want to do. The screen even suggests tutorials, projects,etc. Very useful feature. The catalog quickly found my photos including the ones on one drive. Be careful setting up this feature if you don’t want to include cloud pictures. I read there are 53 guided edits and I highly recommend you try them out and then go to expert mode and see what exactly was done. Quote graphics is a fun new feature. Easy to use and modify and really adds pizazz to your pictures, especially if you want to post on social media. Duotones preset is one I think will require a certain type of picture and not sure if I will use it. Moving photos makes a picture into an animated gif and is fun but still requires skill in selecting and moving an object. Perfect landscapes is a boon for me as living in the Pacific Northwest, have many grey skies that need sprucing up. You can order prints and gifts with the Fujufilm service. Not sure how their prices compare to other services, but it is very convenient. Photoshop Premier Elements is very easy to us and you can use clips, transitions, text, effects and more. Can even select an object in a frame and edit it. I upgraded from Version 2018 and very satisfied with the improvements in Photoshop Elements 2021 and Photoshop Premier elements 2021. PSE is a program with a lot of features for beginners and experts and I recommend Version 2021.

I've never owned Adobe software, but I have used it in a classroom setting. I am familiar with some functions. Originally, I was surprised to see how inexpensive this software was as it included both Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2021. I notice Photoshop Elements has a "guided and expert" option for users with different skill sets which I found useful. At first, I used the guided option to familiarize myself with the program. I like that I can hover my mouse over the options and it explains every option. I later graduated to the expert mode. I soon started editing some old pictures, removed some damaged areas, and cropped out some images with ease. I have an old family photo album I've been trying to upload pics online for the family, but also touch, enhancing, and edit the photos as well. I looked up a couple of instructional videos to better navigate the program better, but once I got it everything was a breeze. The Premiere Elements uses Adobe Sensei AI Technology to edit videos. You can group or split videos. You can also add photos and personalize them to make home videos for the family. The AI technology made my video editing really easy. I am a musician and I like to make little videos for my music for Instagram. I am definitely going to be using this program for my videos. I highly recommend this software for photo editing and video editing instead of the default PC or MAC programs. For the price, you cannot beat it!

I got this in hopes of editing movies and photos easily. It doesn't seem like anything is compatible with it though. I am constantly having issues opening files to edit. I don't really use it any more because it never really worked.
