Bad battery I assume

Bought this year and it worked great the first 2 times. Now the battery won’t charge. I can’t get any support from the manufacturer. I’d buy a new battery if I could find one. It’s supposedly covered under warranty, but I can’t get Aiper to email me back.

To further make sure what caused the cleaner failure, please do the troubleshooting steps below to fix the issue: 1. Plug the charger into the power socket. The charger shows a fixed green light, indicating that the charger is normal; 2. Make sure the device is turned off; 3. Connect the charger to the device. The device will beep and the corresponding blue lamp will light up; 4. If the device is connected to the charger and cannot charge normally, check whether the charging port is corroded or otherwise abnormal. If it still cannot charge, please let me know, and we will offer you a solution according to our warranty policy. I bought it June of last year, it worked great the 3 or 4 time that i used, i just opened my pool again last week and it works fine but now the robot isn’t starting up! Don’t know what happened to it but it is crazy that this stopped working within the 6th use!

So far, so good. This will be my second one. Gets the job done. You just have to make sure that the charge port gets enough time to dry and that you keep it clean before each use.

I had high hopes for this product when I purchased it. Unfortunately I am on my second unit in less than two months and it has stopped working like the first one. It took almost 3 weeks to receive my original order and after using it 4 to 5 times (the first week), the power button stopped working. I went through a warranty exchange and receive a new unit, I use it twice and have the same result, power button failure. Because of the shipping delay and the time it took for the warranty exchange, I am no longer eligible to return the unit to Best Buy. Two products in less than as many months and both have failed. If you do purchase, I hope you have better luck than me.

We used our Aiper pool vacuum one time and tried the second time and it won't turn on. My wife has been going back and forth with the company, and hopefully they ship us another on before the summer is over, and hopefully the one that we bought was just a lemon!!!

Wow, a great little gadget, no cords, awesome cleaner if it only would charged, Only problem. It didn’t last 90 days now it’s down and I’m without a cleaner and no refund available after two weeks.

Waste of time and money. Runs across pool really fast just stirring up a cloud then dead stops and doesn’t move. Ordered it on May 6 but not returnable and it’s only June 3rd not even 30 days.

Please confirm that whether there are uneven areas such as wrinkles/bumps in the pool, and whether the pool is too dirty. If so, please kindly know that the above problem will increase the motor power during the operation of the device and reduce the battery life. Please use the machine multiple times to clean the pool when it is fully charged; 3. If the indicator light works properly, but the battery life is still short, it may be a malfunction. Only worked a handful of time over having it for only a month and a half. Full charge, power button doesn’t work anymore.. unable to return.. $200 down the drain
