Horrible Customer Service - missing assembly piece

Started off well but had to stop when I got to the back cushion because the package was missing a screw. I attempted to call the Ubique Group customer service. First person I spoke to on Friday explained it a set of screws would be sent ASAP and asked me to answer the survey. I left very positive reviews because I was impressed with what I thought was quality customer service. Fast forward, 12/7 a week later I have not received the screw. I called again and apparantly the case was assigned to another representative who has not addressed it. No help....but again, a request to answer a survey. I send an email expressing that this chair is more than halfway assembled cluttering my living room...no answer. I saved a few bucks but in retrospect, I should have bought another steelcase chair. Way easier to assemble and I'm sure they value their customers (potential repeat customers). ***Btw, this is my first review ever...the fact that it got to the point that I would take time to review a product to warn others is very telling.

He has a very bad back and this chair allows him to sit and relax for hours watching t.v. Or working on the computer. He also likes the warmth on his back :)

I bought it a month ago thinking the seat would be comfortable enough, but it's not. I have lower back problems and this chair has no support for my back. Also, the seat after sitting for an hour, I feel the hard part of the seat, since it was made without additional foam. Also, it does not recline a bit, the truth is that I am super disappointed and I am going to return it. I need to buy another chair and after hours of looking for other chairs I finally found one. I'll cross my fingers hoping the next chair I order will be to my satisfaction.
