  • Good overall but not great low back support

    Overall I am happy, However, I was not happy with the lower back support. I had to add a lower back support to the chair that buckles in the back*(Shown in the picture I uploaded). Now the chair is perfect. I imagine this depends on your body shape so this is my personal experience. Also if it wasn't on sale I probably wouldn't have bought it.

    The seat is great and seems like it could be an all day seat easy. There is ZERO lower back support. Think Serta i5000 ...there is lower back support in that chair. Nothing at all while typing and when I lean back I feel more of a slouch position than my i5000. Less of a cradle. I will have to add a supportive cushion to fix this lack or support. Wimpy box tape so the Long top and bottom seams were busted apart and there was a slit in the lower back of the seat. Like knife stab.

    Initially it appears solid, I spend a lot of time in the chair working from home. Had for two years, but in the last month the gas cylinder is not holding height and the black vinyl on the seat is starting to rub off. Seats still functional but doesn't look good. The gas cylinder is going out right as the 2 year warranty expires. When I bought originally it is was almost a hundred more than today price, Hoping this chair would last a good amount of time, like my last one. Still might be a little pricey considering how much its lasted so far.

    Excellent chair for larger man. Had to get because other chairs that I had purchased broke completely in less than 6 months. Seems to still be fine after more than a year. User is 400 lbs + and sits much of the day. Considering buying another for a different office situation.

    When this chair was delivered the box was heavily damaged and the box was actually opened. It looked like the box fell off of a truck and opened and someone did not even attempt to reseal the box. Despite this I tried to put the chair together and realized there were pieces missing. I returned the chair to my nearest Best Buy, received a refund but decided ultimately to buy a chair elsewhere.
