Q: Do I have to assemble it?

A: Yes, but it's worth it. I'm 6'2" and 300lbs. It's the best office chair I've had in 10 years.

Q: I moved the headrest up too far, but I can't seem to figure out how to move it back down. How do I move the headrest back down?

A: I had to lift and shake it a little to get it to go back down. I haven't done that in a while though since I got is adjusted to where it is most comfortable.
