These headphones are awesome. I use them with my PC and my Xbox and have good sound quality.

Not the most comfortable headsets and super fragile mine broke on one side and it’s just being held on to by the wire after it fell off my desk once

Got it as an open box, firmware updated,still has an issue with windows software reporting low battery, and led would shut off. Side touch control was spotty at best.

I really like the headphones, I was hoping to be able to use them for my Xbox too, but that is not the case. I like the storage bag with the headphones. I also think it’s great that I do not have to have the mic on them if I am not using it.

Only problem i have is that mine did not come with a detachable mic

Not noise canceling but awesome never the less. Any gamer would be happy to have it.

Not very happy about 15 day return poli y. I ordered this 2 1/2 weeks before my sons bday so by the time he opened it you could not return it.

Tight fit on head and still comfortable. I did have trouble with the bluetooth pairing which worked but if you dont use the usb dongle to use the headphones the sound doesnt sound right maybe its just the game i was playing but had to use usb dongle for the sound to come through correctly. They come with a soft carry bag with straps too nice touch since they cost $200 usually with other headphones all you get is them and a cord no case or carry bag. All in all i love them maybe because im a big Alienware fan and have always wanted this brand and now i finally have it and i have no regrets about going with this brand. Just hope these products last for a longtime who knows when ill be able to replace them.
