||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent sound, blue tooth player works wonderful, hands free phone is awesome, looks good... the gps tends to be very complicated in the menus and setup and although it gets you to your destination, it takes very odd roads and round about ways to get there... not the fastest route available ( even when that’s the preference that you selected)

Alpine Car radio & Navigation

Bang for the buck

Living in the mountains and many times while traveling any radio is tune in. And the gps is a great add-on. I also like the blue tooth for my phone and Ipod The learning curve is a bit higher for the navigation and it does not use Garmin sftw. But all that being said I would buy this again.

Good bang for the buck unit.

Picked this unit up on sale about a month ago. Wound up putting it in myself which was pretty easy with the harness and dash kit. Hardest part was a little bit of cutting and grinding on the internal dash frame for clearance. Silly Ford OEM isn't quite double din....More like 1.75 din..

can't say no to Alpine

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I'd recommend this unit, worked fine for the first week minus an extra trip because of the installation wasn't done correctly. The gps started cutting in and out then stopped working all together. Had to go back in for them to tell me the units bad and have to go in a 3rd time to have it replaced. Of course Bestbuy hasn't offered me any compensation to me being the inconvenience it is and that I am a very loyal and frequent shopper. Not very happy.

4.5 * product, 1 * installation by geek squad

Decent GPS, gets locks in instantly. But installation I got it done from geek squad is bad, there is static hum at low volume... I will. Wait and see if best buy corrects the problem. 1 star for installation, 4.5 star for the product itself
