Excellent webcam. Head and shoulders above the built-in webcam option. Pros: Crisp picture Noise isolating mics Lens cover included Larger field of view than built-in webcam Designated zoom button USB-C connectivity (although the included cord is a long ~6ft USB-C to USB-A cord) Can be tripod mounted (I thought this was a very cool feature) Cons: Rather large, as far as webcams go (about 6 inches wide, so less portable than competitors) Initial connectivity on Mac was a chore (had to unplug/replug to get a video connection in Zoom, even though the Mac recognized it immediately) Biggest con for me is that the picture leans heavily toward the blue spectrum and blacks are accented (wish there was a corresponding app that would adjust hue/brightness/contrast). This issue is exacerbated in low-light situations

Great product. Great video and super easy to install. Just make sure to turn your computer off and on again and the webcam should work with no issues. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is bc the mic itself isn’t the best. Think they could improve that and the video looks a tiny bit of grain for it being 4K. Still way better than my 1080p camera but I think they should improve this webcam as well

Been using this daily for the past two weeks and it's worked great. It has a very wide viewing angle and lets in quite a bit of light in dark rooms (although I have been using an elgato ring light with it, which only improves the image quality). It also has a small attachment that fits well on thin benzels. I also have the C920 webcam and I am afraid the larger attachment to the benzel may damage my screen so the Aluraletek is an improvement from that. I also love that it uses USB C since this is becoming the new standard (the other end of the cable is still USB A so it's still plug-and-play into most computers (except for my Dell XPS and the new Macbooks). The cable is long and the webcam is sturdy whether it's attacked to my ring light, curved external monitor or just sitting loose. Hightly recommend. Your virtual video calls will look amazing.

My son is doing distance learning and was using a 1080P camera, I noticed that the clarity of the photos when he took pictures of his art work to turn in were not clear. This 4K camera is very clear and is an essential for distance learning. Very good camera. Be sure to align the lens cover correctly so it doesn't overlap the button on top as seen in the photo I provided.

Works great. I like the ability to click the zoom button during my video chat to adjust the field of view easily. Looks great with my monitor. And works on my desk for a lower angle when I'm sitting on a balance ball vs a chair.

I recently purchased the Aluratek webcam and have been very pleased. The image quality and ease of use make it an ideal buy. I recommend this to anyone who is looking for one that has multiple set-up options.

Hello, Yesterday I made the purchase of the Aluratek 4K and the truth is I am very happy with the quality it gives to my stream, I recently started transmitting and I had a simple webcam, but when I changed to this Aluratek 4K wow it is impressive how well what you see my twitch channel looks great with this webcam

This was a breath of fresh air! Beats my grainy, unfocused, washed-out built-in mac desktop camera. It's crystal clear with a great framerate. Had to turn on a proper light source, but the quality is top-notch because it doesn't boost your gain or digitally corrupt the image to compensate for unphotogenic lighting conditions. The only question I have is that photobooth appears to use a different sync rate than this camera is intended for, so the audio trips up after a little bit of recording. Is any adjustment needed? This might be a photobooth problem. Will try out for streaming and facetime!

Bought this morning - did curbside pickup today so I could have for a meeting this afternoon. Built-in camera on my laptop resolution just was not cutting it. UHD 4k ability makes meetings/calls crystal clear. Being in a the day and age of remote working, this is a great investment as we do multiple video meetings a week. Just make sure your bandwidth can handle the 4k ; ) ONLY thing I would add (didnt warrant removing a star) is to have a left/right swivel. Tilt function is great but swivel would make this thing beyond perfect.

I purchased this webcam to use with my home computer, and I have been extremely happy with its performance. The images are very clear and the zoom feature is most convenient. The quality and features of this webcam match other webcams costing three times as much! I would recommend it to anyone!

I was excited to purchase my new 4k camera on sale as I had wanted to upgrade my old camera for quite a while. Sadly I expected much more from it than I received. Although the picture quality of the videos is really good the camera itself does not come with any software. It runs off the camera app in windows 10. Unfortunately the camera was unable to take photographs because of an error in the app. I searched on-line and it seems to be a very common problem. I searched for a remedy to the problem and followed every suggestion. Needless to say I still cannot use the camera to take photos. Also the microphone in the camera is very soft. Unless you sit within 1ft of the camera you cannot hear what is being spoken in the videos. Perhaps the camera itself is a good product but without software and the ability to control its settings outside of windows the whole purchase was a waste of money.

I purchased this product from my local Best Buy a week or so back for business purposes. Ever since Covid hit in March 2020 I have had to transition from F2F consultations to virtual Zoom/Google Meets consultations. Love the product so far and haven't had any issues. It is truly a plug and play device that works on Mac and PC. 100% would recommend it.

Great quality 4K camera display at an affordable price. This webcam gives excellent resolution at its value and has made displaying myself as I stream much much better. I look less grainy on the camera now! :). Sits nicely atop monitor.

I bought the camera not knowing what to expect. I figured the price was decent so the camera should be too. It’s definitely got great quality and works great. Highly recommend!!

With the fixed focus technology, there is (thankfully) no "focus breathing" on this model and the included lens cover is a great added bonus! As others have noted, there is no software included to control this camera, but you really don't need it. if you use it with the (free) OBS software, it exposes a properties panel for adjustments (see screenshot below) and you can also do a -whole lot- more with it, like chroma keying, resolution adjustment (without using the digital zoom button), graphic overlays, etc. All in all, I would say this makes it a "Best Buy"!

Easy to set up, no software required and affordable. It looks great attached to any monitor, especially with a mic set-up. Hassle-free with no remote even needed.

I wanted a better webcam than what my laptop had to record things for school and for fun. I had my boyfriend look up webcams and he found this one on sale, it’s amazing and a huge upgrade! I love the zoom, how it folds, and that it also has a cover. The quality is great! I have it on a tripod so I don’t have to put it on my laptop because it’s bigger. I don’t mind the size because of the quality.

Really nice camera to work and make conferences. It was easy to set up and run.
