I love the child features they add and the filter they place on here to prevent your child from exploring things they shouldn’t be exploring. The new kindle fire is so fast and easy to use and has a slim and sleek design. I bought it right before leaving on a trip and I easily downloaded several books and apps before I left. It took no time at all and reading was a breeze. I absolutely love my new kindle fire!

Very disappointed that Best Buy did NOTHING (other than apologize) for a website error showing that this was a 64 GB version. The rep did state that it doesn't come in 64 GB version which is untrue. Note - purchased on 11/20/22 and the website is still showing the 64 GB version on 11/23.

The Amazon App Store doesn’t have a Kobo app which i understand because it’s competition on the other hand it’s annoying because I have books on kobo also so I should’ve bought IPad . But it’s good for the price. Lots of adds and bloatware.

Slow performance on a Fire tablet can often be resolved by clearing app cache and background data. Here is how to do this: Open the Settings menu. Select Apps & Notifications. Select Manage All Applications or See all... apps and choose the app you are having trouble with. Select Storage, tap to Clear Data or Clear Storage, then Clear Cache. If these steps do not help, and you are still having functionality issues, you can call Amazon customer service, available 24/7 for assistance with the device. You can reach them at 1-888-280-4331.
