Not really what I thought for my 2 year old. A little hard for her to navigate

Bought it for our 7 year old...but you needed to get an amazon account and keep your credit card on file and with a push of a button make a purchase. Not really what we wanted for a 7 year old to have easy access to at the push of a button.

This tablet works very well but... Is hard for the beginner to figure out and get used to, my daughters love the tablet now that we have spent some time to figure out out with them but we used to have a Nabi Dreamtab which they were able to use on their own from day one, much more child friendly.

I really like this tablet, it's simple enough for my six year old to use.

Kindle tablets are...okay. Good for young children only in my opinion. Use it as a reader or for games and don't try to use it to replace an actual tablet. Internet is never secure, and the App Store is full of security issues. It's really annoying that so many standard apps are blocked from being used. It constantly wants to track you and your location and history. Hard to get it to stop, which is bad considering this tablet is made for kids specifically. If you do get one of these, go ahead and buy a new charger because the provided one will take hours and hours to charge and then break in a month. Kindle unlimited is a good feature for the kiddos though.

The kindle fire is a great tablet but the software on the tablet to make it for children is not very helpful and make it difficult to use in my opinion (for an 8 year old) I use the tablet in regular mode with regular restrictions just fine. Next time I will buy the $50 kindle and add a cover

It was worth the money, for $100 it's a steal that provides hours of fun.

Awful - charging port so loose no kid or adult can charge it without I extreme frustration. My daughters birthday was 2 weeks after the sale when we purchased it so Best Buy wouldn't take back. We have to keep going through Amazon Junk
