Luckily this tablet is targeted for kids as that is about all it is good for. Very slow compared to other tablets so the price is about right.

We bought it thinking it was age appropriate. For a 9 yr old today....this gift was meant for a younger age. I should have bought it for him when he was 4 to 6 years old. I took it back.

The tablet itself is good for children. However, after having it for less than a year it does not turn on unless it is plugged in.

Too many hoops to jump through for downloading books. Also, having to set up a side for her then had to have a second setup for parents was too much. Easier to stick with iPad.

I bought this for my 3 year old. It's only handy for streaming Netflix. Amazon doesn't allow Flixster or Vudu so there's no way to access my digital copy library since they weren't saved to Prime. It works for streaming Netflix for a child but it wouldn't be a great choice for someone looking for options or using digital copies

My Lil one just loves his tablet! My issue is that it doesn't allow me to put on programs that I already have! I would have preferred a Computer Tablet for kids!

There is way to much stuff on there but the system cannot even hold it. It always makes me archive before my kids can connect to wifi at least every other day.

I bought this for my daughter after the galaxy that I passed down to her broke. It's confusing. Maybe it's just me. My daughter likes the galaxy better also.

I bought this for my 9 year old son. It was extremely complicated to use, and every time he tried to download something a "you have no memory" notice came up. Also the apps and shows that are available for his age group are way too young for him. I wish I could return this item, but we left for our vacation right after purchasing and the time to return has passed.

The tablet is cheap. The tablet is slow. My 5 year old wouldn't use it because it didn't run as well as a 4 year old iPad. Just no.

I bought this item for my grandson. From the start, we had trouble with the unit retaining game software. It had to be re-loaded before each use. Also, he dropped it and the glass cracked, when I tried to exchange it for another, I was told that it wasn't damaged from the factory and not exchangeable. This was a 8 year old's birthday present and it was only two weeks since the time of purchase. I guess I should have bought it from Amazon.

I didn't like that you have to provide your credit card number in order to activate the tablet. Other than that my 5 year old son likes it.

If you load too many books or apps you will no longer have a wifi connection. You will then need to delete them before you can reconnect.

My mother purchased this tablet for my soon to be 3 year old daughter. We are used to iPad's and Samsung Tab 4 at my house. I haven't given it to my daughter yet since its a Christmas present. I recently booted it up, registered, etc. Initial thought - It's a bit slow, not as slow as some reviews I read. I'm still trying to figure out how to navigate a bit so I know I will have to guide my daughter. For some apps some of the titles are chopped a bit and when you click to see what it is it will automatically download. I haven't purchased the SD card but plan on doing that to expand the memory. I took a picture but deleted it. It is still showing up on the main screen as if the picture is there in the gallery. I click it and says the camera roll is empty so not sure what that is about. It would be nice if they had the apps categorized by letter apps, number apps, painting apps, etc. It's just a full listing of all that we have as an option. Lacks organization and ability to filter out what you want. Overall, I think it might be a great starter tablet for a soon to be 3 year old. I literally just opened it so might be something that I am overlooking. I have a 5 year old but didn't purchase for him since he is used to the other tablets that are superior to this. Does anyone know of any tips and tricks with this or any helpful info?

the quality is not good. I bought this for my daughter so its kind of ok by I would not recommend for grown kids and/or adults

Not as user friendly as I had hoped. My 4 year old grand daughter still grabs my IPAD. I guess you get what you pay for

I would not advise anyone to purchase. Both my son's age 3 and 6 are not happy To little storage space for what they do

My two year old had access to apps and book.He was able to download on his own.

Limited capabiliy because no YouTube app. Good for those who dont mind sticking to default video streaming apps.

It took about two weeks to figure out how to hide other kids profiles on each tablet. Need better instruction.
