Not ready for prime time

Neither the Echo support nor the voice recognition up to level of Echo Dot. Plus, VERY limited in remote control support for other devices.

Headache to use

Half the time it gets stuck on one HDMI channel and won't go back to were it started. We had an impossible time trying to change its call name from Alexa to Echo. Finally had to change the other product's name instead. It only resulted in frustration for all involved. Wish we never bought it.

Not an upgrade over firestick

Quite honestly was a bit more lag than stick and keep in mind I have fastest internet spectrum offers so don’t give me the internet excuse. Thought it would be. Game changer for the bedroom turned out it was 80$ more for nothing better.
