Was really looking forward to this to replace my old gen 1 Fire tv box. It’s a nice upgrade and the video quality is great. Alexa is fun to use and can do some basic functions very well. The downfall to the item is it feels underpowered. Response time to commands through Alexa or the remote have a little bit of lag which you wouldn’t expect with tech that is brand new to the market.

It has a lot of potential, for example it has nice speakers I was able to play music through them (by fluke), they sounded better than my speakers, was unable to repeat it, and tech support said it is not suppose to do that. The system still has glitches and is a bit sluggish. I like being able control devices with voice commans. Devlopers need to work on it to improve the cube.

This box makes tv operation so easy now. Easy set up, requires a little pc use when adding free service because of at&t partnership.

Love this box it's great not having to cut on everything just tell Alexa and she does it all from anywhere in the roll without moving.

Awesome fire TV cube. I got it for a great price. I end up buying two. I can get updates on almost anything by just asking Alexa.

Gave as a gift to my 4 and 7 year old grandsons. Love their reaction when the Fire TV cube responds to their commands. Easy to use.

Love this product. Watch movies, Control TV with voice, many things the family can enjoy with Alexa. Highly recommend this product.

I don't have a smart TV and needed something to get to Netflix and Amazon Prime. It does what I wanted it for. Alexa is a plus.

It's amazing you can ask questions and you can operate with it like turn TV on turn TV off volume up or down its really amazing

Basically replaces my echo dot/fire tv combo for living room. It seems slower than my previous 4K Fire TV. I’ve also had some issues with my Samsung TV detecting it as a Fire TV vice an HDMI input. Like it best for simple turning on/off TV as well as volume control. It’s Synced with my Arlo cameras which is nice for checking on our front door and nursery. Expecting improvements from software updates. Happy with purchase based on first gen product.

The cube works great turning on and off devices. It is nice to beable to ask questions as well.

Besides having everything the Fire Stick does it has Alexa and you don’t have to press any buttons to talk to her just speak

Great product. Would have gotten a 5 star but the processing power is less than the 4k Fire Stick.

Simple to use as well as set up. It works great. It has built in apps that are the most popular and that made it convenient

Small price, great quality. Works awesome. I have two. Comes with an IR blaster and controls everything.

Works great with Amazon TV content but will not control my Verizon Fios because I do not have the newest box DVR. So I still need Fios controller. Also Amazon dosn’t have other Movie channel access from Fandango, Disney or Vudu so I need to go back to ROKU for these. If you already have another Alexa inthe room be sure to change the name or they will be confused and battle. Recommendation would come with caution about above mentioned items.

It’s nice fits good and you can talk thru Alexa and you don’t have to get up to turn the tv off when you fall asleep

Absolutely love our fire cube. Like that it has built in Alexa. We have all our apps in one place.
