This tablet is so helpful. I can make as many notebooks as I want, organize them, and declutter my home from papers. I purchased the green, 64g with premium pen and leather case. The case works as a stand and is magnetic. The kindle allows for annotations l, notes on the pages, highlights and underlining. It can create flashcards and definitions for words to increase your vocab. I have become more articulate and knowledgeable since this purchase. I also enjoy the dark mode where you can read in complete darkness! The screen is nice and big which is easy on the eyes. I can't live without it now. O love emailing the annotations and printing out my notes which also shows the page number where the annotations were made..no more rummaging through pagesntrying to locaten your highlights. I have access to thousands of books through the kindle unlimited app, offers free trial, saved me tons of money and space! If you are a reader and writer, this is for you!

I use the Kindle Scribe (64GB) for my college classes, and it’s been a game changer. I read my textbooks on it, take notes directly on the screen, and organize everything in one place. The pen feels natural, and I love that I can convert my handwriting to text. It helps me stay focused and study more efficiently without distractions. Battery lasts a long time too. It’s a little big, but totally worth it for school.

I love the ease of use. The big screen. The ability to take notes. The highlight feature is great. It's quick and responsive. I upgraded from a signature edition paperwhite, and I am not disappointed!! I just got this yesterday, and I've already read a full book and converted all my personal notes to the scribe. Wonderful device.

This a superb ebook reader. It has large screen and eye pleasing surface with the right amount of back light contrast etc. It is a little less usefull for notes. The annotations for books without text are exportable and include note location. This is helpful if you are writing a paper. The notebook function is good for handwriting notes and exporting as a searchable pdf or converted to text. Importing is more limited. You can't add imported docs tobnotebooks, only read them. There are many templates like dotted, lined and date book and you can change them without affecting your writing or drawing.

I love this kindle! I have the signature paper white & love how this one has the larger screen and of course the note taking ability is awesome! I love writing my thoughts in the books & now I can without damaging my book trophies!

I have been wanting this kindle scribe FOREVER and finally decided to buy it when it went on sale. I have zero remorse. The only issue is when using the pen. Sometimes i will accidentally push the button which opens the pen settings while i am journaling and then i have to close that menu on the screen. Otherwise, it is a great device that i wish i had gotten sooner.

Well, I was torn between the Kindle Scribe and Remarkable tablet, but think I made the better choice! Love the battery life, I haven’t charged in over 2 weeks, have been writing in notebooks on and off, read a Kindle book, and still have 75% battery! I like the simplicity of design and function, great handwriting feel, and help keeping my thoughts and topics organized. Nothing fancy here, but solid for what it does. Better value than Remarkable IMO.

Fluid stylus for writing and highlighting. Paper feel for reading and writing. Long lasting battery. Easy switch from Books to Notes function. Easy to navigate overall features. Sleek design and can be taken anywhere.

I have been looking for a digital tablet to replace paper and pen. I tried the Remarkable but found it cumbersome and awkward. Extending the functionality of the Kindle to provide a dedicated note taking feature.
I look forward to enhancements to this feature. Key features that would enhance this product include:
1. Organization and filing structure
2. Editing notes
3. Color
4. Conversion to type.
5. Export to other applications
The book and pdf notation features are excellent. It is a huge enhancement and for students it draws into question why anyone would buy a paper textbook.
If the future this will be an invaluable tool for literature reviews.
As long as Amazon is committed to this product it has a super bright future.
The pencil comes with the Kindle Scribe. It is pretty natural. After two weeks my handwriting is pretty similar to with regular paper and pen.
The bar on the side provides a place to hold the tablet comfortably in any position. The only complaint is accessing Home screen is a bit cumbersome.
The setup is super intuitive even auto connection to wifi if you have other Amazon products or application on the same wifi. My entire library automatically loaded.

This is my first kindle scribe and I’m glad I treated myself for Christmas. It’s beautiful in person too bad the matching case is back ordered… for like 2-4 months! So far im enjoying it. Hopefully that doesn’t change :)

I’ve been using the Kindle Scribe for a while now, and overall, it’s a fantastic device for both reading and note-taking. The screen is large, crisp, and easy on the eyes—perfect for long reading sessions. I love being able to highlight passages and write directly in the margins of my books, which makes studying or journaling a lot more seamless.
The included pen feels natural, with just the right amount of resistance on the screen so it mimics writing on paper. Notes sync across devices, which is super convenient. Battery life is impressive too—I can go weeks without charging, even with regular use.
That said, it’s not perfect. The writing tools are a bit limited compared to an iPad or other tablets, and I wish there were more organizational features for notebooks. Also, the device is really focused on reading and note-taking, so it’s not a full tablet replacement.
If you’re primarily a reader who wants the added bonus of digital handwriting, the Kindle Scribe is excellent. If you’re looking for a full productivity device, you might want something else.

Works as described. Best kindle i have used so far. Takes notes, organizes files with seamless connection and serves as a book as well. Battery lasts forever
