    The cable was not included in the box. When I contacted Anker support, they didn't even care. They told me to contact Best Buy. The charger is good so far, but in the end, a lie is a lie. Deceiving marketing and horrible customer support.

    Had to return like another stated. When I plugged my phone in it would charge for a bit. Then once I plugged my watch in to charge it would start a boot loop of the charging. Phone would flash on charging then stop then smile face would appear on block like it crashed and continue to do that. I used multiple different cords and combination of different devices and it would do the same thing. Return it to best buy.

    I haveing phone issues now hear the ding every time connect and disconnect I purchased two of them. I’m within the time of returning in 60 days and this is a hunk of garbage don’t trust and don’t buy.
