original purchase of my newApple I-Pad was not what I needed. Thanks to Luis in the Tech dept helped me return that one and ordered the appropriate one with cellular. It arrived in a couple days and he begin the process if transferring all of my data. It took awhile, but Luis was extremely patience and calmed me not to worry he was here to help. Then the original case purchased was also not right, so he set me up with appropriate case. I am not a technical person, so was so appreciative of al this help. I did purchase ear jobs. I plan to make appt with the Geek staff I have additional questions.

I’ve had no problems with my iPad since buying it in February of this year.

This was a fine upgrade to my wife’s version 6. We like the larger screen area for virtually the same overall size. I debated getting the new Air, but decided, based on reviews (including Wirecutter) that the significant cost difference wasn’t worth it given the kinds of things we do on our iPads. We’re really happy with this.

I had never purchased an open box item before, so I was nervous about what to expect. Surprisingly, the only difference between what I got and a brand new one was the price! My iPad works great, looks brand new, came in the original box. I'm extremely happy with my purchase and use it daily.

I would highly recommend the iPad mini. It is just the right size for carrying with you. I have had it for over a year with no problems. It’s still runs fast and efficiently. It is also very user friendly, like most of the other Apple products.

We got this to use at the farmers market. Works incredibly fast and love the cellular function. Would recommend to anyone who wants a tablet.

I have had an iPad mini for years and used it everyday. But, I wanted to get the bigger sized screen. I didn’t realize how many accessories there were available for the larger iPad. I have bought a keyboard and pencil for it and I really enjoy them. I have used the camera for FaceTime a couple of time and like that Apple moved the camera to the horizontal side of the screen. I don’t keep many photos or files on the iPad so storage isn’t a priority.

Ah, the iPad, the swanky status symbol that's so overpriced, it practically comes with its own theme music of cash register cha-chings. Holding it feels like cradling a piece of the International Space Station, except this one's made of glass, aluminum, and the shattered dreams of your bank account. It's so sleek that it could double as a mirror for your self-esteem – reflecting back the image of someone who willingly parted with a small fortune for a device that'll probably be outdated by the time you finish reading this sentence. But hey, at least the price tag includes a virtual confetti shower every time you turn it on, reminding you of the party your wallet threw for Apple.

Good product. Easy to use and but of higher value than it should have.

So far so good! Bought to replace my last IPAD due to battery not lasting very long. Enjoying the longer battery life from what I had! Ordered online, shipping took a little longer than expected, but was close to christmas, so can't complain!

This is a major upgrade from the IPad 9. Larger screen area, better camera, USB C charging all make it a winner.
