    Great product for what it is. Perfect for smaller tasks in design with just enough storage for on the go use. Battery life could be a bit better but graphics and speed are great for a mini computer if you’re using this for business or your own work.

    Ordered this iPad from Best Buy online. I had a gift card which I wasn’t sure how to use on line. Jade was wonderful when I went to return and rebuy in order to use my gift card. She was professional, efficient, and very pleasant! Also, Geek squad helped in setting it up. Kudos to all!!

    Great experience on this purchase. My wife and I traded in our old iPad's for new ones and what a super deal. One of the Geek Squad employees helped us transfer all our information between our new iPad's and went flawlessly. What a difference in performance. We are very happy!!!

    I ordered this as an open box (excellent condition) item. It arrived when promised and appears as new. The charger and cable were missing and were to be included. I contacted Best Buy support and they arranged for pickup of the missing items from a nearby store.
