    Love this iPad. The purchase was for my 85 year old mother who is tech challenged. It is so user friendly. The purchase process was so easy. Other family members now want to buy refurbished iPads from Best Buy.

    I had trouble getting the latest OS to work on my new refurbished iPad so l I chatted online with a tech. I did a couple of the things he suggested and one of them worked! I love Best Buy, especially their tech-support. That’s just one of the reasons why I prefer to buy all my electronics from Best Buy.! You, Best Buy, are also always competitively priced, as well! To top it off, your employees are ALWAYS so courteous and helpful! Merry Christmas, Best Buy.

    Typically Best Buy is quick on delivery, and their products are long lasting. I decided to order a refurbished iPad from them on Black Friday. It was supposed to come within a week. About three days after my order it said that my order was delayed. I thought it was because of the weather, so I brushed it off. After 2 weeks of not getting my package I contacted Best Buy and they said that my package was lost. They could not replace my order, so I lost the Black Friday deal. I would have never known I would never get my package if I didn’t reach out. I am currently waiting for a refund.

    I bought this for my sister. It’s the perfect size for her. It works just like it was brand new. It only took 2 days to get delivered!

    I saw that the iPad 9 was offered by Best Buy for $150.00 and wanted to replace my Mini so I took a chance on the refurbished one. No regrets. The device is in perfect condition, up to date and working perfectly. Not a scratch on it! Thanks!

    Ipad arrived in good condition and works as it should. Best Buy sent the wrong charging cable though, so I had to find a correct one to charge it up.
