Q: How was this ever $700+? Apple lists it NEW for $329 for this exact version.
A: It wasn’t. It’s falsely listed to show a higher discount so the unknowing will think it’s a great deal and purchase! I see you listed this question over a month ago and Best Buy has done nothing to fix it which is what leads me to believe this is the most reasonable answer. Hopefully people read the comments before purchasing this item. I would rather spend 25 or 30 more dollars and get a brand new one at least you know what you’re getting

Best Buy, you are the BEST!
I had trouble getting the latest OS to work on my new refurbished iPad so l I chatted online with a tech. I did a couple of the things he suggested and one of them worked! I love Best Buy, especially their tech-support. That’s just one of the reasons why I prefer to buy all my electronics from Best Buy.! You, Best Buy, are also always competitively priced, as well! To top it off, your employees are ALWAYS so courteous and helpful! Merry Christmas, Best Buy.

Refurbished 8th generation ipad
Love this iPad. The purchase was for my 85 year old mother who is tech challenged. It is so user friendly. The purchase process was so easy. Other family members now want to buy refurbished iPads from Best Buy.
