Works great as it should, and the price was amazing. Definitely satisfied with my purchase. My Daughter loves it.

The internet speed is good. The battery life takes along time to charge and seems to die fast. The keyboard at times lags and you have to tap really hard on the keys for it to work.

This purchase was made as an upgrade from Ipad5 for my 84 yer old mother. The decision on this model was based on the high reviews throughout the years and the fact that it is the last year with the home button bezel making her transition easier than the touch features. The refurbished model was in good condition, with only a few minor blemishes and came with a full year Apple warranty. Extended warranty is available through Best Buy. Purchase, shipping and arrival time was as stated. My only concern was it was just left on her porch had I not been checking the status to alert them package was delivered they would not have known. She has been using her new IPad for two weeks and I have not heard one complaint. I would highly recommend Best Buy refurbished products.

Was the first time buying a product at BestBuy, much less a refurbished product, and am very happy with its functionality. Battery life is not bad, I use it around 2-4 hours every day for reading and it lasts a couple of days before I need to recharge it. Display did have a few small scratches on it but after sticking a screen protector on it the scratches aren't visible. Overall very happy with the purchase!

Bought this for my Mom to replace an outdated iPad and she just loves it! Does everything she wants for an affordable price.

Display is crystal clear. I use this for work mainly but i still use it at home. Runs pretty great

This iPad works very well and is like new, only a few minimal scratches on the back but nothing serious.

The Ipad came on time, and works fine. I was skeptical of getting a refurbished one, but turned out fine. Just has some slight scratches on the borders. But it is okay for a used one. Till now the battery is working fine as well.

The refurbished iPad is perfect for my auto repair shops digital inspections. Why pay full price on an iPad, when you can buy a perfectly good, refurbished one for a less expensive price and have the same quality.
