The Geek Quad “refurbished” iPad Pro 10.5” was not properly tested. After going through the initial iOS setup and trying to click on the pre-loaded apps (to download them), the unit kept sporadically rebooting! It would just reboot at any point (even when it was just sitting there and I wasn’t using it). I took a video of this happening and returned it the next day. Too bad, I really wanted the 10.5” pro to be good. They need to do full testing before putting refurbished units on the website.

With it being refurbished we didn’t have a lot of information so we had to look everything up and hope the info is correct.
