    Beautiful screen. Tried using the new apple pencil pro and the spotty haptic feedback and late mark making made it unusable especially for the price point. I'm a digital artist and teacher so if the draw experience isn't really good out of the box I can't justify keeping it.

    On March 17, 2025, I ordered an Apple Certified Refurbished 13-inch iPad Air with the M2 chip, Wi-Fi, 256GB in Purple (Order Number: BBY01-807041904432) as a birthday gift for my daughter. Unfortunately, after giving it to her, we discovered that the iPad only has 128GB of storage, not the 256GB we ordered. Asking her to return her birthday present right after the excitement of opening it was incredibly disappointing for all of us. If this was an error, it’s a significant one. Given Best Buy’s reputation for reliability and quality control, we expected better. We’re also concerned about how often this kind of mistake happens and whether others may be affected without realizing it. Please let us know how you plan to resolve this. We’re looking for a prompt, fair solution that avoids causing further disappointment, not only for my daughter, but also for others who may be unaware of these kinds of issues happening at Best Buy.
