    Love the phone. Its color is a stand out above other colors. Refurbished is our best option as new are high cost and this does its job.

    Never again. What i ordered is completely different from what I got. I received a phone with a completely different serial number and model number. The representatives kept transfering me and placing me on extended hold and eventually disconnecting the phone. Such a horrible experience.

    It made a horrifying oud noise intermittently only after return time had passed. Due to purchasing a membership, I was able to exchange it. The second phone did the same thing, but on the third day, thank goodness. Returning that one too.
