Computer works great except my keypad to click doesn’t click down making the click noise. Instead it feels like you’re clicking down on just pure metal with no feeling. Other than that computer has been great other than screen glitching sometimes.

Purchased this refurbished Mac from Best Buy, and all I can advise is disappointment. After 1 week, I was really enjoying the Mac and felt that I had obtained real value with what I paid ($595) and the performance of the machine. I had just uploaded my icloud information and made the item personal when the battery and fan started to go out. The fan would kick on just me utilizing the internet, then the battery would go from 95% to 2% in the matter of minutes. No warning came on about the issue, and the Mac would be seriously hot and loud. I took it back to Best Buy and they did not have another refurb in stock to provide me, so I ended up purchasing a new Macbook Air M3 15 inch. I probably will not go refurb again, because of the issue, and Best Buy's lack of ability to offer me something of equal or greater value in refurbs.

I was very nervous buying this computer do too the reviews and the price. When buying this I was not sure what I was going to get, but it was totally worth it. When the computer came in it was like brand new. I have had it for over 3 weeks now and have not run into a single issue. When doing the pickup option it was ready 2 days earlier than stated, and was easy to pick up.

DO NOT BUY! If I could give this negative I would. I purchased this in December. Everything was going fine until the whole system decided to crash and reset itself. The computer went into internet recovery mode and then when it came time to sign in, IT WASNT EVEN MY APPLE ACCOUNT! Best Buy did not refurbish it properly and it cost me my entire project I was working on and my computer. Contacting apple trying to get it fixed I was told there was nothing that could be done due to the recovery process and passwords were all set up for the previous owner and that Best buy made an error in sending it out. Even the Geek Squad and manager told me that it was Best Buy fault. I’m literally now stuck with no computer, lost hours of a project for work, and now having to wait for a refund. Contacting support and no one offers anything but the general I’m sorry this happened to you. I strongly suggest you do not buy this! If this happens to you, it’s just like Best Buy sold you a stolen computer. You will not be able to do anything with it.

Great laptop! Easy set up! Easy to use! I love the Touch Bar

Arrived 3 days late but a great price for a great laptop! The touchbar is my favorite feature. Turns on and works great! Only complaint is the charger came ditty and sticky with stains all over— would be nice if that could be looked at before sending it out to customers.

This laptop is in excellent shape. I have been using it for my school work and it holds up quite well. I do find it gets hot pretty fast but as long as I take precautionary steps it works out just fine.

Works great! It's my first MacBook so I am glad I am starting off with something refurbished to decide if it's for me or not. So far, Everything is working extremely well and I like the laptop. Definitely recommending to anyone wanting to buy a MacBook Pro

Good value but the leap to M1 is most likely worth the extra $100 at this point in regards to response. If you are looking for a cheaper Mac to do docs and general work this will do well!

I’ve had my macbook for about a month now. I am using it for nursing school so it gets out to work lol. My battery for some reason is not holding a charge but otherwise it has been perfect!

This model is great. Still fast for a 2020 model. Love the intel chip.

There is some scratches in the screen and it heats very fast so I am gonna return it.

I was hesitant to buy refurbished, but this MacBook Pro works as if it was brand new. If you are on the fence about possibly purchasing one refurbished, take the plunge and save yourself money.

Arrived quickly and in good condition; features work great, and I'm loving the sensory toolbar; would definitely buy refurbished again after having a positive experience

I bought this laptop as a refurbished product, and it only worked properly for about 45 days before it completely broke down. I took it to the Apple Store for a full diagnostic, and the cost of the repair was higher than what I originally paid for the laptop. This clearly shows that these “refurbished” products are not truly repaired or tested properly. It’s extremely disappointing to spend this much money on something that fails so quickly. I wouldn’t recommend buying refurbished products from here , they are simply not worth the risk.

very happy with this laptop, has a bit of an odd battery issue but holds a charge, works perfectly, and no complaints.
