I was hesitant after reading the other reviews but mines was in great condition and everything works perfectly. Happy with my Mac book Pro.

Pretty bummed. Had this item for three weeks and it has already had functional issues along with micro cracks noted in the screen. Attempted to take it to Best Buy and they said any warranty is only good for two weeks. It will cost just as much as I paid for it to have it fixed. Won’t use Best Buy again.

Overall it’s a great computer! It lags at times and I have to restart it a few times, but that’s about it

The laptop would get very hot but usability made up for it. Overall if you can get it for a good deal it’s worth it.

I have always had a pc or windows laptop. I am really surprised and please with the versatility of my Mac Book Pro. I am able to access both my personal and professional documents with ease. It is not a difficult switch. I will update my review in 30 days, as time goes on I am will interested in the longevity of this product.

Great buy, it looks like brand new. Only the charger has some scratch but laptop it self has no scratch and came in pristine condition

I purchased this 6 months ago and it just died wont power on geek squad said i couldnt get an extendes warranty because it was a refurbished mac. No credit. No attempt to help. Told me to call Apple and pay them to replace it. This is predatory and misleading. I have a $650 brick and no help in site.

It was not as great as it seemed. Kept turning off and glitching. A error message would pop up. Don’t buy refurbished electronics unless it’s your last option. I returned it :)

Laptop does not work properly. Shuts down after a few minutes of being on. It worked in the beginning for a while, but just began making a loud noise and just turns off. Resets. Then turns on again.
