I had a 15 pro max and wanted a new phone but I’m not fond of the 17’s. This phone is super cute and I didn’t experience a shock going down to a smaller phone. I used Best Buy and linked my phone account. The process was super smooth! Had I went through my phone account id paid minimum $100 but through Best Buy I didn’t even pay $70.

Loved the phone and works wonderfully! They were excited to receive the gift and loved the ease of the phone.

I absolutely hate this phone. People can't hear me. I'm told it sounds like I'm under water or there's a echo. The battery dose not last. So disappointing I ended up buying a replacement because I was one day late to exchange it.

Best Buy was running an excellent promotion on the iPhone 16 where you’d get a $100 gift card for purchasing it with them. Combined with AT&T’s trade in offer, this made the phone free for me at $0 a month. For most users (unless you are on an old Pro Max version of a phone) this will be a huge upgrade on battery and camera.

Great phone and works smoothly. The display is nice and bright and battery life is amazing.

I returned the iPhone 16– but we had an ordeal doing so. Nothing wrong with phone. But Jasmine at BB heroically, patiently and ,professionally guided us through. Shout out to Edith as well. These girls need raises! B/c they personally with painstaking patience handled our dilemma AND (thanks to Jasmine)redeemed BB’s reputation. Thank you Ms.jasmine very much. As far as iphone 16- it’s a good phone. I’m just not buying it from a 3rd party seller.

I like my iPhone 16. It is easy to use and has a good camera

My new iPhone is the perfect size, has plenty of storage, and takes clear, “crisp” photos. Customer service was helpful, personable, and knowledgeable!

Great experience with the tech team at the forum. We were Kevin’s 1 sale. He did great. The phone has a bit better battery life than the 13. & the camera quality is better but it could be even better tbh.

Once again I owe it to Best Buy. Hands down the best for anything electric and more. From scooters, iPads, stoves, refrigerators, blow dryer, flat irons, tvs, computers, ps5………. And much more. I love them more for always having what I need. Especially my new iPhone. Literally the best iPhone 16 ever. Lol. You have to excuse my excitement. I just want to say THANK YOU BEST BUY for always having low prices and great deals.

My wife loves her phone. The process was painless and relatively easy. Ran into a minor snag with att, but it was resolved nicely. Trade-in was also very smooth for old phone to new phone

This was incredibly easy to set up. Also, I was able to pair it with my TV and remotes without any problems. If you have the Best Buy Total Tech this comes with a several hundred dollar discount. Tremendous deal.

I love this phone, nothing really bad to say about it. I had issues with the port number and cant get service on my phone but other then that its really nice
