Loved the phone and works wonderfully! They were excited to receive the gift and loved the ease of the phone.

I absolutely hate this phone. People can't hear me. I'm told it sounds like I'm under water or there's a echo. The battery dose not last. So disappointing I ended up buying a replacement because I was one day late to exchange it.

Best Buy was running an excellent promotion on the iPhone 16 where you’d get a $100 gift card for purchasing it with them. Combined with AT&T’s trade in offer, this made the phone free for me at $0 a month. For most users (unless you are on an old Pro Max version of a phone) this will be a huge upgrade on battery and camera.

I returned the iPhone 16– but we had an ordeal doing so. Nothing wrong with phone. But Jasmine at BB heroically, patiently and ,professionally guided us through. Shout out to Edith as well. These girls need raises! B/c they personally with painstaking patience handled our dilemma AND (thanks to Jasmine)redeemed BB’s reputation. Thank you Ms.jasmine very much. As far as iphone 16- it’s a good phone. I’m just not buying it from a 3rd party seller.

Great experience with the tech team at the forum. We were Kevin’s 1 sale. He did great. The phone has a bit better battery life than the 13. & the camera quality is better but it could be even better tbh.

Issue with crossover with att and what the trade in value was told to me, overall phone is nice and new works as it should but Best Buy and att communication has me going back and forth

Love this phone! It is so light, fast, pretty and fits in my back pocket.

Once again I owe it to Best Buy. Hands down the best for anything electric and more. From scooters, iPads, stoves, refrigerators, blow dryer, flat irons, tvs, computers, ps5………. And much more. I love them more for always having what I need. Especially my new iPhone. Literally the best iPhone 16 ever. Lol. You have to excuse my excitement. I just want to say THANK YOU BEST BUY for always having low prices and great deals.

Good product, high cost, but this is our entire computer and communication device which keeps us in touch both professionally and personally. Love the customer support we receive when purchasing a new IPhone!
