The customer service at this location truly exceeded my expectations. As soon as I walked in, the staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcomed right away. Choosing a new phone can feel overwhelming, but the employees made the whole process incredibly easy. They took the time to explain all the features of the iPhone 16 Pro, broke everything down clearly, and helped me understand what made this model the right fit for me. They were patient, knowledgeable, and never once made me feel rushed or pressured. What impressed me most was how above-and-beyond they went after I made my choice. Great new IPhone 16, best camera ever. The phone is fast, the pictures are amazing and it works so much better than my 13. The battery lasts 10Xs longer than my past phones Its truly my mini computer

This phone is truly the best of the best. In terms of the screen size, how powerful it is, and how enjoyable it is to use, the iPhone 16 pro is definitely my favorite so far. Especially with the new apple AI intelligence features. It’s extremely durable! Worth every penny!

Great phone. I upgraded from an iPhone 8 and this one is much better. Battery life was 45 minutes on my 8 now I get all day. Pretty cool when you think about it.

I give the phone five stars. Purchased through Best Buy online and picked up in the store. Was unable, though, to activate it on my cell network by myself and had to go to the Verizon corporate store, due to some "techi" issue between Best Buy's website and Verizon, so this was inconvenient. However, now that it's all straightend out, I love the phone.

Upgraded from a 13Pro & it’s quite the difference. Mainly the battery life & camera stick out to me right away.

I love the phone but there are a few things I need to do before I am really confident with it. Much easier to use and a lighter touchpad and screen. I know I will make mistakes but that’s part of the process in learning.

I had an iPhone 14 Plus. Can tell the difference. The camera is good and I like the "Clean Up" feature for photos. I also like the size that it can fit in my hand.

I have used iPhones from Apple since the iPhone 5. iOS software is much easier to use than Android to me, and works beautifully with all my Apple devices, The iPhone 16 Pro is an amazing device, and meets the needs of the average person very well. I highly recommend it.

Apple does it again. All new iPhones just keep getting better and have more features. I would stick with this one because the new ones are starting to look more like Androids and I dislike that look.

It is surprisingly close to the size of my iPhone 13 work phone even though it has a larger screen. I wish the giant cameras were smaller and the whole thing was lighter.

Love this IPhone! Way cheaper than going to Verizon! The camera is amazing and equivalent to a DSLR camera.

Upgraded from the 14 Pro as trade-in value for it was good. Enjoying the upgrade, longer battery life and new features on the 16 Pro. Also, wanted to upgrade before the prices of iPhones potentially increase.
