I’ve been really happy with the iPhone 16 overall. It’s super fast, feels premium in the hand, and iOS runs smoothly with zero hiccups. The display looks crisp and bright, and the camera takes consistently great photos—especially in everyday lighting and quick “point and shoot” moments. Battery life is solid for a full day with normal use, and charging is convenient. Knocking off one star because it’s still expensive and the upgrade can feel incremental if you’re coming from a recent iPhone. I also wish it charged a bit faster. Still, if you want a reliable, top-tier phone that just works, this is an easy recommendation.

I like the phone the color is nice and the picture quality is amazing. No issues with the phone speed, battery life no issues. All in all I like the phone

only had mine for a few weeks now but been in apples eco system for years ill stick to only hardware related things.... the camera button is nice and the touch sense to adjust zoom ect is a nice touch for those who use a phone as dedicated single device.... the chage from ringer swtich to multifunction is a solid upgrade with the ability to program it is fantasitc even if the driods have had stuff like this forever... what i dont like is that now that the camera button is there cases often dont cover that portion of the phone makes it feel fragile and a liability.... the USB C port is a welcome change finally one port for everything

The battery seems better, lasts all day. I like the camera button as well. The calculator has some cool features and the phone seems more durable.

Love it so far, battery life is light years better than 14 pro! Camera is better also!

I am so glad I went with the 16 pro max instead of the 16 pro I love the phone I love the quality of the pictures and graphics on it it’s way faster then my old phone and the battery life is outstanding 100% recommend buying if your looking for a new phone

I love my new iPhone 16 pro max I had an 11 before so this is a big change for me. I have only had it a few weeks but learning how to take pics they come out fantastic I have had comments on the size of the phone but I love that it is bigger I find it much easier to hold and see things. I’m looking forward to trying the new features on this phone and I know I will not be disappointed

Customer service was excellent! They did everything to get my service and my phone upgraded and transferred!! I always use Best Buy and will continue! The phone works well! I have used iPhones since the 12 pro max and am always satisfied!

This is my first time Apple watch. I was imitated at first, but finding I am adapting better than anticipated. It does so many things I was not aware it could do. All in all ... I am loving it.

The Verizon guy, Zach I believe his name was, was amazing at transferring my service from straight talk, assisting with the purchase of a new phone and setting up number sharing with my watch to my phone. All set up and all working great. It was nothing short of a miracle.

Good iPhone does not lag and does its job, I upgraded from iPhone 12 Pro Max and I would say I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

I guess I’m considered an Apple fanboy because I upgrade my phone every single year and just purchase this one as well. The differences are minimal, but I do like the larger screen and the smaller puzzles. Apple Intelligence isn’t fully functional yet so I can’t review that portion of it, but it definitely still feels good in my hand, but honestly couldn’t tell the difference unless it’s right next to my iPhone 15 pro max.
