I like the phone the color is nice and the picture quality is amazing. No issues with the phone speed, battery life no issues. All in all I like the phone

Good iPhone does not lag and does its job, I upgraded from iPhone 12 Pro Max and I would say I’m pretty happy with my purchase.

only had mine for a few weeks now but been in apples eco system for years ill stick to only hardware related things.... the camera button is nice and the touch sense to adjust zoom ect is a nice touch for those who use a phone as dedicated single device.... the chage from ringer swtich to multifunction is a solid upgrade with the ability to program it is fantasitc even if the driods have had stuff like this forever... what i dont like is that now that the camera button is there cases often dont cover that portion of the phone makes it feel fragile and a liability.... the USB C port is a welcome change finally one port for everything

Great phone and great battery life display is perfect

This is my first time Apple watch. I was imitated at first, but finding I am adapting better than anticipated. It does so many things I was not aware it could do. All in all ... I am loving it.

Love this phone! Used to have a Pro Max Iphone but opted for the regular size. Just fits my hand and pockets better. Strong housing is the selling point for me. Definitely still prefers this version over the 17!

Customer service was excellent! They did everything to get my service and my phone upgraded and transferred!! I always use Best Buy and will continue! The phone works well! I have used iPhones since the 12 pro max and am always satisfied!

The battery seems better, lasts all day. I like the camera button as well. The calculator has some cool features and the phone seems more durable.

GREAT phone but Verizon as a company sucks they sell promotions that they do not honor

The Verizon guy, Zach I believe his name was, was amazing at transferring my service from straight talk, assisting with the purchase of a new phone and setting up number sharing with my watch to my phone. All set up and all working great. It was nothing short of a miracle.

I love my new iPhone 16 pro max I had an 11 before so this is a big change for me. I have only had it a few weeks but learning how to take pics they come out fantastic I have had comments on the size of the phone but I love that it is bigger I find it much easier to hold and see things. I’m looking forward to trying the new features on this phone and I know I will not be disappointed
