I just switched from a Galaxy Note 4 to an iPhone 7 plus. It took a while to get used to it, but now I love it. I would give it 5 stars, except for the decision to remove the headphone jack. It's annoying to not to be able to charge and listen on headphones at the same time without having to by a splitter that costs 40$! Bring back the headphone jack!!!

The only thing frustrating so far is the headphone jack no longer being available. You can not use your headphones if you're charging your phone because they use the same input . Very annoying

I had to replace my Samsung note 3 and 4 because of overheating and lagging issues. although I hesitated for over a year to switch to Apple, i'm so glad I finally did! LOVE MY new IPHONE

I got the iPhone 7+ in black and I absolutely love it. I love the smooth finish of it! Comes with all the amazing iPhone functions and the battery lasts all day long with moderate use.

Great resolution and camera but glitches a lot. Would recommend.

Purchased the iPhone7 Plus for my son to replace his regular size 6 version. He really likes the larger size and add’l storage. It’s an iPhone, what else can you say? Great phones!

My family always complained about my photos from my old phone. Now with this phone my photos are great! Also love how clear the sound is. I didn't know what I was missing before this.

The latest and greatest iPhone is music to my ears. I had an iPhone 6 before this 7plus and I don't regret upsizing. Once you get used to the bigger screen you'll never go back. Def a keeper!

I used to have an IPhone and then went to the Samsung Galaxy S5, but missed the ease of the IPhone, so I am very happy with my purchase. No issue or problems at all just like before.

I love the updated camera, wonderful low light pictures and the 128 gig storage capacity is amazing for not worrying about having to upload photos and emptying messages for update space.

Had the iPhone 7, Switched to 7 plus, This new phone made me sell my tablets in garage sale... This phone is small enough to carry around, but, large enough to replace your tablet...

Let me say first that I'm not a phone person! So my last phone was the I Phone 5 . I looked at all the new phones and after thinking it over carefully I picked the I Phone 7 Plus. Good choice for me Because it bigger. It's also very clear and I'm getting nicer pictures now! Wasn't hard to learn just better than my old, old phone. I have to say the 2 ladies at Best Buy were the best! They made my experience great. It's the only place I'd buy a phone now! Thank you girls @ Best Buy in Auburn, Calif. your the best!

I have been using iPhones since the iPhone 5 having converted over from Android. This iPhone has been my favorite, much improved camera. The apps from the App Store continue to improve.

My iPhone 6 was starting to have battery issues, so decided it was time to upgrade. I went from16gb to 128gb, and am so glad I did!! Now have lots of space for lots of pics of the kids!

I upgraded from an iPhone 6s 16g to an iPhone 7 Plus 128g -the upgrade was worth it! I'm a busy lady so my phone has to keep up with the times as do I. Get this phone! You deserve it!

Great phone - which duh, of course it is, it's an iPhone. But the camera was really impressive, especially the portrait mode. So good it's made me think about selling our camera...

This is an excellent phone. I went to the Apple store to take the first lessons & they were extremely helpful as well as have suggested returning for the class on the new cameras.

Bought the bigger size which a plus for straining eyes, but a negative for control and holding the phone. I must type using two hands versus one for my iPhone 6. Still love it
