I purchased this case for a gift and I am not happy that it is already having problems! The charging feature has glitches and will constantly beep.

Very poorly made. Started falling apart within a week and my iPhone we 2020 wasn’t charging from the case.

Absolutely awful doesn’t let you turn the device on or off expected so much more from an Apple product

This doesn't have an on off button. This means your phone is constantly being charged. No chance to turn it on when you actually need it.

So it worked great the first week after that my battery started dying quicker. I took it in to Best Buy and they were not helpful

Did not Charge or charge phone on several occasions. Returned.

This is the second battery case I buy within 2 years and already fell apart !

The battery size is small and it charges as soon as you put it on

About a week and it only last 2 hours. Gonna have to return and exchange.

Love the long-lasting battery, the design is great and fits great in my hand. Feels better than the 6s version whihc I thought was very slippery. The new 7 version feels more sturdy...

One cool thing about this case is that it doesn't need to charge separately from your phone. However, be ready to add about another iPhone's weight to your current phone. Also, it is really easy to scratch.

Silicon sacrifices durability in exchange for aesthetics. Exterior finish will degrade, and quickly. But it's cloth-lined on the inside to prevent phone scratches. Always charging while the case is attached, which is probably fine according to battery experts. However, it means you can't save it up your charge for emergencies and have the case attached.

I've been a mophie user for years, but did some research as my mophie breaks often. This is similar to an otterbox casing and holds battery longer!

I bought this case for my iphone 7 and the battery stayed fully charged the entire time while i was at work. Usually by the time I had left work for the day my battery was at 20%. The battery in the case was not even half way gone by the time i had left work. So i guess you can say this case is a winner. I just wish their were more color options to choose from though. But as I said before what a great case.

I switched from a 6s Plus to a 7 and didn't want to lose the battery life. This case is great. My only complaint is the lack of color options, which really wasn't make or break with me. Slips in and out my pockets easily. Uses regular lightning cable so no extra USB needed!

I love these. To this day i still use them. They fit the 8 and the new SE. i don’t worry about charging my phone after a solid 20yrs of use.

Two complaints - first, this adds a lot of weight and distributes it in a way that makes it feel awkward with the phone in it. second, it doesn't allow you to actually deactivate it - it just starts charging your phone when it's plugged in, and keeps it at 100% until the case's charge dies. Seems silly - I can't activate it only when my phone is dying to save the extra heat generated by charging it inside a case? So, overall not the greatest case - had 3 Mophie charge cases for each of mine and wife's iPhone 5's (and an extra in the car), which had a switch to activate. Anyway, based on what's on the market and what it costs (I paid 80-120 for each Mophie case 3-4 years ago), an unfortunately decent option.

I don't know what Apple did to their own case but your speakerphone capability in the new case is useless! As soon as I take the phone out it works great. I've tried removing and reinstalling many times with no success. It's not only the speakerphone, but the phone's sound in general is poorer and I either have to take it out of the case or plugin earphones to get acceptable quality. Should have went with the Mophie! :(

I had been wanting this case since it came out but apple only had thru mail. Got it today. Happy it's worth the price and glad Best Buy had it saved me shipping costs. Amazing
