iCloud Problems

My first phone was defective, because it requested that I enter my password for my apple account numerous times per day. Apple’s customer service department is awesome, noting that I spoke with them on 3 different occasions before the phone was exchanged. Now, the new phone is requesting the same thing each morning :-(.
