I first purchased the S8 Plus thinking a change from iPhone would be nice. The next day I exchanged it for the iPhone 8 Plus. It's been two weeks. So happy I exchanged it. I love this phone!

The rebates and my sprint plan allowed me to upgrade to pay .02 less a month. Best Buy mobile is always the way to go despite any carrier you use

I am extremely pleased with my new iPhone purchase and Best Buy’s phenomenal customer service. I was replacing a different brand of phone and switching carries. Everything was taken care of in-store very quickly and I couldn’t be happier!

For the past 6 years, I've used a Samsung Galaxy S5 phone and figured it was time to upgrade. My son is a loyal IPhone customer and encouraged me to switch to Apple. Loads of issues transferring data from one to other. Not all contacts were transferred as an example. I don't know which phone to blame, but it will definitely take me some learning time to get accustomed to new IPHONE 8+. Like learning a new language going from Android to IOS.

I like the larger screen, but am disappointed that all of my data did not transfer from my old Iphone.

He is VERY HAPPY with his new phone. He loves to take pictures with his phone and the iPhone 8+ takes excellent pictures. This was very easy purchasing these phones from Best Buy so we didn't have to deal with a lease. Great experience!!

I’m not ready to move onto the homeless button yet. So I decided to stick with the 8plus! Great size and great camera! All I need in a phone really other than all the obvious!

I had an Android phone before and it took a little getting used to using the iPhone but now it seems to be ok. Siri absolutely sucks. It is useless. Google Android has is light years better than Siri. Other than that I like my this iPhone.

Looking for a new iPhone 8 Plus in the gold color and was having a hard time finding one. Finally found one in your store. Bought it on the spot. The ring tone seems to be a little louder than on my old iPhone 6S Plus. That really helps.

Replaced a broken phone with this one and wife loves it. Works well fitting into our Apple ecosystem. Can’t go wrong with Apple Products. Reliable, Durable and unlike android phone don’t have to worry about viruses.

Ever since i upgraded from my iphone 6s to the iphone 8 plus, i noticed everything on here is 10x better!! The customer service at best buy was awesome and i got the phone for less than what i would had to pay with my carrier.

Went from 7 plus to the 8 plus. Not many noticeable features. Biggest one is probably the ability to do 4K video now. I just wanted to keep using the accessories I had bought for my 7 plus as the 8 plus is identical to it.

I purchased this for my aunt who has severe macular degeneration. She decided to go for the 8+ hoping things are large enough for her to try to work with the phone other than with Siri. This has been a great upgrade for her.

It was worth the upgrade from iphone 6s plus. The battery last a whole day without a problem.

Like moving to Apple for the cloud. The phone needs a back button as back button is either up top or lower left and takes you back through every single step. Also moving curser to middle of a word to correct is nearly impossible.

Finally made the decision to upgrade from an iPhone 6. Decided to go with the 8plus. I’ve had it now for a few weeks and love it. So much more I can do than my older one. I would definitely recommend this phone for anyone.

Switched to iPhone, not happy with edit mode on texts, and CarPlay connection. Hard to use Siri when connected to Bluetooth in car.

Great Phone Camera Is The Best Part Everything Shows Up So Clean And Clear Very Detailed
