Serious voice issues

They said I sounded like I was underwater. They gave me a new one and it did the same thing. Went to the geek squad three times. Decided on our own to delete many apps I had and last geek appointment they reset the tower network. Whatever that was but it seemed to have worked. The phone itself is just fine as long as your network or settings don’t have issues.
