Be aware the usage is VERY limited. I'd research your specific camera situation and verify it's supported before splurging the $40.

Not Recommended for iPad OS Thumb Drive Transfers

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this adapter because the iPad OS update now allows you to transfer files to external USB storage like thumb drives or hard drives. Unfortunately, only two of the six thumb drives I have would work. The iPad (6th Generation) gave a "Cannot Use Accessory. This accessory requires too much power" error and wouldn't mount the drives. I returned this and purchased the "Lightning To USB3 Camera Adapter" - Apple part number: MK0W2AM/A. This worked with all the thumb drives. I only got the power error if I wasn't also plugged in to lightning power at the same time.
