I bought this for my daughter who is taking dual credit classes. She needs Microsoft Word, but can’t get it because it needs updating, but the computer won’t update.

So glad I purchased this computer! I was nervous about buying a refurbished computer but it works like a charm!

It’s so slow, it dies faster than my phone (1 hour) everything about it is so bad

Good starter computer other than they sent me the wrong charger

I have to contact them and use the 90 day warranty. Turns out it’s a 2011 Apple. That’s rather old for the price we paid. It also runs slooooooowly. Hope they do us right and fix it or give us a better one.
