    I bought this for my daughter who is taking dual credit classes. She needs Microsoft Word, but can’t get it because it needs updating, but the computer won’t update.

    It’s so slow, it dies faster than my phone (1 hour) everything about it is so bad

    I have to contact them and use the 90 day warranty. Turns out it’s a 2011 Apple. That’s rather old for the price we paid. It also runs slooooooowly. Hope they do us right and fix it or give us a better one.
