This basic model exceeded my expectations in every way, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. First and foremost, the design is simply stunning. A Great Laptop with an Amazing Chip
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this laptop a few weeks ago, and I’m very happy with it. It’s fast, light, and has a beautiful display. The M2 chip is amazing; it handles everything I throw at it without breaking a sweat. I use it for web browsing, video streaming, photo editing, and some light gaming, and it never lags or overheats. The battery life is also impressive; I can go a whole day without plugging it in. The keyboard is comfortable and quiet, and the Touch ID is convenient and secure. The speakers are loud and clear, and the camera is decent for video calls. The only thing I wish it had were more ports; it only has two USB-C ports and a headphone jack, so I had to buy a dongle to connect my external devices. But other than that, I have no complaints. This is the best laptop I’ve ever owned, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a powerful and portable device. It’s worth every penny.

GAME CHANGER! GET IT
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This device is excellent, so aesthetic, professional and clean. Really lightweight and you can take it to your room, put in your legs and start working while your back is laid at bed. Volume is excellent, so HQ, detailed and with nice gain. Its monitor is full gamma of colors and colors are really vivid, pure. I recommend this for everybody, specially if you're a designer, this is a GAME CHANGER. For real, all colors are so right on this mac, and no freezing, everything flows constantly and fluid. Keyboard and mousepad are excellent, very responsive and with keyboard shortcuts, you're ready to go! Go on and don't hesitate, buy this one! Also disc space is almost a limitation but i bought a ssd external disc and Im okay

Open Box/ Open the Opportunities !
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the second Open-Box Excellent item I’ve purchased from Best Buy. The first was my iPad Air in 2020. It looked brand new and still continues to work til this day. So I decided to give the MacBook Air M2 15 inch Open Box Excellent a shot. And I was not disappointed ! I wanted the 15 inch because I’ll primarily be using it for music production and need enough screen space to comfortably work with Pro Tools. The shipping was fast. The laptop arrived in a plain white box ( I don’t care about the Apple unboxing experience , lol. ) It was packed securely and wrapped in plastic. The charger was just thrown in the box and had a couple smudges on it. I wiped it down with a Clorox wipe and it looked brand new. There was also a small, small scratch on the cover of the MacBook. I have OCD and stuff like that drives me crazy , especially on such a premium product. BUT the scratch was so small, I kind of had to search for it again to find it. Once I put a transparent / starlight hard shell cover on it , I can’t even notice it anymore. The MacBook was restored to factory settings and was a breeze to set up. The battery life is great. Sometimes I do have to take an extra few seconds and make sure the USB -C end is connected securely to the charging brick , if not it won’t charge. Not sure if this is a problem with all MacBook Airs , but it’s not an issue. I purchased Apple Care + and with a Hyper X USB mic and Pro Tools …I’ve been making music ever since ! Great purchase !

MacBook Air: the best portable MS/RDP terminal.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the first Apple I've bought. I've been looking at the battery life on these for a while and have heard only good things about the M2 processor. I decided to add one to my Windows eco-system. Why, because I can't touch the battery life, performance and build quality with a made for Windows machine for this price. Using a VPN to my home network I'm able to access the much more powerful Windows systems and storage options I have at the house from anywhere I have a stable internet (my phone has unlimited data and a hotspot). Microsoft Remote Desktop app from the Apple app store works great, in the second picture while waiting on dinner I was working on a Windows system at my house while 4+ hours away from home. I can't call it a portable dumb terminal since it can do a lot without connecting into a Windows computer. I find I do use it for web browsing and music playback. I've also used it for Zoom meetings recently as well while feeding the webcam through OBS for effects to the virtual cam used by Zoom. As for why I chose the 15" over the 13"... Well, I've always had 15" laptops and I'm use to the larger screen. Also, I was the 15" has a better sound than the 13" and I only use headphone while in public, rest of the time the speakers are used.

While I can’t be without a laptop this was a great splurge! Easy to set up and use… it feels similar to getting a new car. This Apple MacBook with the 15” screen is the Lamborghini of laptops.

Increíblemente rápida y ligera
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It is a good item, it meets the requirements, it is fast, ideal for work activities. It turns on immediately, the number of apps you can download is large. The resolution of the screen is excellent, the power supply with the charged cable is incredibly fast, it is super light, I would recommend keeping it in a protective case to move it around. The built-in camera may perhaps have some low-medium resolution, but you can compensate for this by turning on the flash or being somewhere with good natural light. The battery performs quite well. the sound is wide. I would also recommend using a mouse for quick activities, since the touch cursor is not as comfortable and the click is only at the bottom. For an M2 processor, I was surprised by the response it has to the number of programs that I can use simultaneously and above all that they are heavy programs like Adobe and other editing programs.

Oh My Upgrade! This and a USB hub = LOVE
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Needed to purchase a new laptop for work. I would like to preface this with the fact I have been using a MacBook Pro from 2012 (yes... I know...) which no longer supports updates, trackpad stopped working, etc., so no matter what I knew anything was an upgrade for the laptop. I do have an iPhone 13 Pro and an iPad mini 6 for work so I am familiar with some of the more recent upgrades to iOS stuff. When reading the differences between the MacBook Air and the Pro, it seemed like I was going to go with the Pro. Until I got to Best Buy. I didn't want just USB-C, I also didn't know about the multi-port docks which was a big part of why I wasn't really considering the Air. NOTE! With the 15" Air, you have a MagSafe charger, and two USB-C ports on the left side. I ended up getting the SATECHI hub to go with computer. It only uses one of the USB-C ports and does not block the charging port. The first hub that I was shown plugged into both USB-C ports and blocked the MagSafe charger! The customer service gentleman was very happy to learn about this design flaw of multiple ports they carry that he had previously recommended, not realizing that you can't have all the things plugged in! Which could be a huge issue for people! Anyways, back to the MacBook Air. I LOVE it. The Touch ID makes things sooooo easy. I love how seamlessly Apple makes it to work on multiple devices and share files/data/bookmarks/keychain/apps/EVERYTHING. The operating system is incredibly easy to use and intuitive. This computer is FAST!!!!! And so far, I'm incredibly impressed with the battery life. It is so slim, it kind of worries me, but I ordered a hardshell case for it from Amazon since they didn't have any in stock at the store (newest model, not all the accessories yet). I don't have anything negative to say about this computer. I was grateful for the help and guidance of the rep I was working with in regards to what I was going to be using it for and realizing I did not NEED the Pro, that the Air would be more than sufficient, especially coming from a 2012 model. Ended up saving a few hundred bucks by going with the 15" MacBook Air and Satechi Hub vs the smaller Pro I had planned on. Also signed up for the Best Buy Total membership which gives you AppleCare for less than it costs through Apple, plus all the other Best Buy benefits.

Great purchase. My first MacBook.
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Everything's great as it supposed to be. I thought to buy in the Apple Store but BestBuy offered $200 off, so I ran to the store and bought it. I charge it from 20% to 90% and it lasts 2 to 3 days for a medium usage. And when I don't use it, it just stays like that. It's so fast all the tasks stays in the background everytime switch it on.

I love my new macbook pro air 15!
||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Here's an award-winning style review for the MacBook Pro, aiming to impress and highlight its exceptional qualities: **The MacBook Pro: Where Power and Elegance Collide** Apple's MacBook Pro isn't just a laptop; it's a testament to the relentless pursuit of perfection in portable computing. With its latest iteration, this machine ascends to new heights, delivering a seamless symphony of raw power, unparalleled battery life, and a dazzling display that redefines the limits of visual brilliance. Beneath its sleek aluminum chassis lies the beating heart of Apple's M-series silicon. Choose between the ferocious M2 Pro or the awe-inspiring M2 Max, and watch as demanding workloads melt away. Video editors will revel in the seamless rendering of complex timelines, while 3D artists and developers will witness their creations spring to life in breathtaking detail. The MacBook Pro doesn't simply process; it unleashes your creative ambitions. But power without endurance is merely a fleeting spectacle. That's why Apple has meticulously engineered the MacBook Pro to sip energy, pushing battery life to astonishing lengths. Leave your charger behind – this machine delivers all-day performance, empowering you to work and create untethered. When it comes to visuals, the MacBook Pro's Liquid Retina XDR display demands superlatives. It's a canvas of astounding color accuracy, extreme dynamic range, and a peak brightness that defies logic. Whether you're editing HDR photos, grading cinematic footage, or simply catching up on the latest streaming releases, every pixel exudes vibrancy and depth. This isn't a machine simply defined by its specifications. The MacBook Pro is an experience. The redesigned Magic Keyboard offers tactile precision, satisfying every keystroke with a subtle, confident click. The expansive trackpad is an exercise in fluid responsiveness. And the sound system? Its room-filling audio with deep bass and crystal-clear highs will make you question how such fidelity can emanate from a form so sleek. Of course, there's the intangible - that intangible Apple magic. MacOS Ventura operates with unmatched fluidity and elegance, ensuring every interaction feels intuitively right. Apple's commitment to meticulous integration of hardware and software results in a synergy that sets the MacBook Pro apart. Is it perfect? Nothing ever truly is. Some may yearn for a wider array of ports. Others might long for a touchscreen variant. But these are quibbles when examining the totality of the MacBook Pro experience. It's a masterclass in computational refinement, a beacon of design sophistication, and arguably the most desirable laptop on the planet. This machine doesn't just earn your respect – it demands your admiration. **Verdict:** The MacBook Pro is an investment, certainly. But it's an investment in excellence, in a tool that empowers you to achieve more, create more, and experience more. This is, quite simply, the pinnacle of portable computing. I'll always buy from best buy!

||Posted . Luckily I bought this laptop at Best Buy as it helped me with a better deal with the Best Buy Plus membership rather than buying directly to the Apple Store. I am so happy with this purchase as it's the first Mac Book Air to feature a bigger 15-inch model, has Mag safe, it's light and it's packed. ||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Okay so yes, I am a pc guy. But I absolutely love this thing. The hardware is from a dream. The super slim body, along with the oh-so-purty midnight color makes me happy. I can use this laptop for a couple hours and it only loses a few percent of the battery. The battery life is almost unreal. As expected, the screen is superb. The M2 is very fast and simply does not run hot (it's fanless). But MacOS is very limiting. If only I could put Windows on it...
