The phone looks and works great. My only complaint is the battery life is past due and needs to be replaced.

I picked up a pre-owned iPhone 12 Mini recently, not expecting much—but this phone genuinely surprised me. Buying used always feels like a gamble, but in this case, I ended up with a reliable, fast, and lightweight device that still performs impressively in today’s standards. Condition: Despite being pre-owned, the phone came in great shape. There were a few light scuffs near the edges, but nothing major. The screen was pristine—no dead pixels—and it looked like it had been professionally cleaned and factory reset. Battery health was at 87%, which is reasonable for a phone of this age. Performance: Powered by the A14 Bionic chip, the iPhone 12 Mini still handles daily tasks with ease. Whether it’s switching between apps, streaming, or light gaming, everything runs smoothly. I’ve been running iOS 17 with no lag or freezing, which says a lot about how well this model was built. Camera: The dual 12MP camera system still delivers sharp, well-balanced shots. Smart HDR and Deep Fusion help capture detail even in tricky lighting, and Night Mode—while not on par with newer models—is perfectly fine for casual use. Video quality is solid too, especially at 4K 60fps. Battery Life: Battery life is the one area where you feel the age. With moderate use—messaging, email, social media, and streaming—I usually make it through most of the day. But on heavier days, like navigation or video calls, I need to recharge by late afternoon. Thankfully, it supports fast charging and MagSafe, so topping off is quick and easy. Extras: Face ID works just as fast and reliably as on newer iPhones, and the overall call quality is great—both over Wi-Fi and cellular. I was also impressed by the stereo speakers. They’re surprisingly loud for a phone this size, with clear sound for calls, podcasts, and music.

Phone was not working properly. Bought Certified refurbushed but it seemed like straight swap from previous owner. Bust buy diddnt even made sure ohone was functioning prior to my pick up at store. It kept restarting. Useless. Returned.

Pretty good phone overall. Had it for a few days, and it’s good. The camera is good, the performance is good, but the only thing I have a gripe with is the battery capacity and I’m aware that that’s a con when buying used phones.

Jaylin from Best Buy in Tallahassee, Florida was the greatest at helping me order and get this phone and Wyatt applied the Zagg screen saved for me. I’m very grateful to both for outstanding customer service and that each time I come back, they ask how I’m doing and how I like my phone. It’s the perfect size for my hand. I did have to get a new battery as the used phone had a 79% battery life. Now I have 100%.

Works well but these newer phones want to do too much for us and some of the features can not be overridden. Do not like the camera permanently on lower right where I always touch it pulling the phone out of my pocket. Want to answer a call and I am looking at the activated camera app. Other features are fine, sound, camera quality. I am a small person and purchased this one to fit in my smaller pockets, it does without always falling out

Only reason it was not a 5 star is due to the delivery issues I had. Don't waste your time with store pickup, just send it directly to your home. Other than that experience, the phone came in great condition, it works great and has not given me any issues.

Phone works perfect… only downside in the 82% battery life

This phone is really great. I have never bought a pre-owned phone before but the worker I talked with assured me that everything is checked over before hand to make sure it's all in good condition. He was definitely right! Everything is like new, and I love the camera quality and long battery life, which were some of my biggest factors in choosing a phone. The mini size is also great for me because I don't like big phones. No complaints here.
