The iPhone 15 pro max is very nice and has a long battery life and it charges quickly is has a great camera and can zoom in on thing very well it is made of very thick material so it is not fragile.

Great purchase! Love my new iPhone. The color is perfect and works even better that I could ever hope for. Buy it, it is a whole new experience, not just having a phone but a new life.

Phone has been working well except the device looks like it was resealed around the cam lenses as excess sealant was dried on the outside of the lens bezel. The allowed some water to get inside when I dropped it in the pool.

15 is top of line, it heats up more then the usual phones but. The features are up to date. Recommend spending more for the 1tb for more speed and phone consistency

Was shocked that they finally carried unlocked phones in their stores!!! Very nice phone! Came in perfect condition as expected. No need to keep my iCloud subscription for storage. This has plenty and for the price, it was a steal!! Thank you so much Best Buy!!

I will recommend . It is great condition looks new no scratches everything inside it is perfect condition. And also 1TB for only this price. I love it . I just purchased this week 5/23/2025 .latest one or this one ? think i prepare to buy this. It doesnt get hot the phone .

The phone works very well. It only has a few scratches on the frames, but nothing that affects its function! I recommend it.

I wanted an iPhone 15 Pro Max, however they had already came out with the iPhone 16. So I decided to buy a refurbished 15 Pro Max and save some money. I was a little leery at first. But I love my iPhone 15 pro max and would highly recommend buying refurbished over new. I was also able to add the monthly warranty with the help of customer service.

upgrade from 12 pro max 256gb to 15 pro max 1TB storage was insane. awesome price for the 1tb storage. excellent performance condition was excellent upon arrival. only down side was batter capacity is at 85% off course it was bought used however phone is still at peak performance.

Arrived and did not work. Brought to Best Buy and no one could figure out the issue, it did not connect to wifi. Returned it and went straight to apple shop. Very disappointing.

This was a pre-owned product. It arrived on time and it seemd to be in good condition. I have the My Best Buy Total membership, which usually covers up to 2 years of protection and Apple Care+. However, I found out that since this product was not covered by either, due to being pre-owned, I decided to return it. There should be a warning/notice whne purchasing pre-owned products in order to make an informed purchase.
