Refurbished doesn’t mean working. The phone won’t hold a charge the max battery life is 50%upon receiving. My options from Best Buy, pay $45 restocking fee to return or pay $50 to the Geek Squad to replace the battery. I paid $250 for the non chargeable phone.

Worked perfectly my daughter was happy with her gift

Purchased as a Christmas present for my niece. The phone died within 8 months. It wouldn’t turn on anymore or charge. I was not offered extended warranty when I purchased online in case stuff like this happened. Geek squad basically said I’m SOL.

They charge restocking fee of $45 for returning the phone which was in really bad condition.

ordered a preowned iPhone 8 /256 gb Received 64 gb and the battery percentage was at 78% any battery under 80% is considered worn.if you order preowned please check battery ASAP

Good phone no scratches or damage works great no major issues the battery seems a little weak probably not a new one but nothing to complain about good buy for the price.

My daughter absolutely loves her new phone. I looked at other retailers who wanted double or triple the price for the same phone. I was elated to find this but for this price.

Phone shipped already displaying the "Your battery's health is significantly degraded. An Apple Authorized Service Provider can replace the battery to restore full performance..." message. I spent over 30 minutes on chat; each agent just transferred me, so I was passed to six different agents and gave up. Phone support was slightly better, but none of their resolution options were helpful in my situation, so I am stuck with my "guaranteed to be fully functional" preowned phone with a faulty battery.
