We haven’t had iPhones in over 20 years, so it’s taken some time to get used to the differences from Android phones. Now that we are more used to them we are really pleased with them. The best part was the help we received from Alana when we bought them. She was knowledgeable, patient and very helpful, answering all our questions and making certain we knew when she was available for any questions we had. She put us at ease with our new phones and let us know she was happy to assist us, the kind of employee you really want.

Great overall it’s just a little slow, overheats, battery not all that great but other than that works just fine.

I realize this is a very old phone model but it was imperative I replace my husband's old phone with one similar to his 8. He has Alzheimer's and his ability to use his phone is becoming more and more limited. i use it mainly as a GPS device in case he wonders off - he never leaves without his phone in his pocket. Good thing for now! My only complaint is I'm not convinced the battery is new or was replaced when refurbished. The charge doesn't last over 20 hours with a full charge.

Bought this phone to replace an old iPhone 6. The price to performance is great! Though the phone is primarily used for the more basic features. If you are looking for gaming and using it a lot for more intensive apps, you may want to go with something a little newer.

The staff person was extremely helpful and went above and beyond usual expected customer service, to ensure this phone's compatibility with Visible phone service. I bought the phone so my mother (in bad shape and in a nursing home 90 min. from my home) will have ability to call me, family, and friends. I am in 4th stage cancer myself with my own health issues prevent me from visiting as much as I would like to, so I am very appreciative of your staff's extra help.

Bought this for a relative that had an Iphone 6 with a battery that lasted minutes instead of hours. It is in very good shape, no scratches of external damage. It setup to the service provider with no issues. Good alternative to spending the money on a new phone!

Not really an Iphone guy but needed one for a small project, its worked great and i still use it from time to time. With its small size it seems perfect for a kid if you want to get them a phone without breaking the bank.

Comparable to iPhone 8. Using iPhone 8 before, SE provides the same service. Battery had some glitches as it failed to last for many hours but it self resolved with total discharge and recharge. One other glitch is that it froze and no longer started with full battery. It started with charger on and never repeat the issue.

Excellent smaller phone for hands that are not strong, as mine with carpal tunnel syndrome. All the same features of great camera, memory, and function! This pre-owned is perfect, like new! Easy to use.

Bought this used iPhone SE 2 generation it works great and looks great.

It works great. Easy to set up. Definitely had the end user in mind. Battery is fine. I was worried by other reviews. The camera seems to drain the battery. That's the tradeoff for good pictures.
