I was fortunate to get this when I did, my previous phone was an iPhone11 I had just learned they were soon to stop receiving updates. The 14 pro max I bought has a better battery, reception, camera and will receive updates through 2029 that’s more than I can ask for. The phone is in Excellent condition, I would never have suspected it’s refurbished/pre-owned with how well it runs. An absolute Pleasure doing business!

The box came in without the device! Very light and when i opened it there is no item! It was stolen’ the box inside or package does not even match to iphone! The one who stole it is stupid enough knowing this is a crime’ i had to drive to best buy store to let them see the reality stolen item!!

Phone has good graphics and good memory. The camera is also really good .

If you can get pre-owned. I had to order my phone twice from the refurbished one i chose. Thankful to the employees who helped me out and let me know which phones wouldnt give me so many issues.

I purchased this phone for my teenage son because I wanted to make sure he would take care of it before purchasing a newer iPhone for him. For it being a refurbished phone the quality of it was pretty good, it didn’t have any blemishes. Well, after 6 months of owning it, one night the display screen gave out. I took it to Geek Squad and they wanted to charge me $369 just to replace the screen apart from labor costs. While trying to decide whether to buy my son a new phone or repair it I took it to a local repair shop where I’ve taken other phones and they charged me $173 so I decided to just repair it. I really can’t complain about the phone because it was in really good condition when I purchased it and it has worked really well for being refurbished. If you don’t have the money to purchase a new phone I would recommend getting a refurbished one and just take a risk of it lasting long or not. I’m actually looking to purchase another refurbished phone for my mom I just can’t decide whether to get her a Samsung or iPhone.
