    I had an iphone 7 didn't want to spend the money to get the new iphone x so i decided to buy this one. Honestly, you can't go wrong with a refurbished phone. I have had it for a few months and honestly If you are thinking of getting a new phone. You have to consider getting a refurbished phone instead. No problems and legit feels brand new.

    I brought this preowend iPhone 8. When I received it I was shocked to find a chunk broken on the bottom left curve, probably who ever had it before they must dropped it. I cold buy from eBay or amazon but wasn’t sure about getting clean IMEI. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone buying big bucks “PREOWNED” item especially cell phone.

    Doesn’t keep a charge and came without a charger. I’ve ordered used phones from best buy 3x now and this is the only one that sucked! Return window closed before 30 days as well which is sketchy!

    Why would Apple sell a pre-owned phone with an old Battery?!???AND No Simm Card? And then the retailer-Best Buy in Santa Fe, my only option has to manage the fallout? I'm hugely disappointed. I am wanting a replace phone not just a battery!

    Battery life sucks!!!!! The speaker doesn’t even work. No one can hear me when I talk, I can hear them but they can’t hear me. Very upset
