||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Returned this a day after I bought it. It ran super slow and the touch screen did not work very well. It was my first time trying a refurbished electronic. I’m sure it’s hit or miss if you get a good one or not, but mine was certainly a dud for what it cost. Instead purchased a brand new one with 4 times the memory, runs like a dream, and was totally worth the extra $100. I doubt I’ll ever go the refurbished route again sadly.

Was not able to connect to Verizon

Refurbished item isn’t the way to start!

Couldn’t update further than the iOS 10 software therefore making this purchase the worst ever! I do not recommend even for a starter ipad. Just pay the extra for a new iPad instead.

Great tablet!

Had a little trouble linking it to my Verizon account but I took it into the store and they had it taken care of in less than 10 minutes. My Verizon Store nearby couldn't even figure this out. I mainly purchased this for my grandchildren to use and they love it.
