I’m glad I did because their testing showed that the watch was fine but I needed a new charger. Once I had that my watch was as good as new.

I found out that one of my kids took my Apple charger and left me a different brand. I was ready to throw the watch away because I could not get it to charge. I tried 3 different chargers. A friend finally told me to buy another Apple brand. I highly recommend this charger. Works great &charges fast.
