I had my first two for several years each with bo issues. My original apple watch belongs to my dad now and is still ticking :) I am confident this watch will outlast this coverage as well but I figure I can afford the peace of mind. You can probably do without it if you don't want to part with the extra money but its nice knowing your covered. Accidents can happen and you never plan on it when they do.

Not once, but twice and I had more trouble with it later on. So, I took the Apple Care this time for my Apple Series 6 Watch. Have not had to use it to date.

I have used it 2 times for the AirPods Pro and no matter what with Apple care whether it’s just issues with an Apple Watch or AirPods the service is same day shipping and get it the next day replacement. I totally recommend Apple care for Apple products
