AppleCare is a no brainer when making an apple purchase

My iMac runs very smooth. I’m so used to a PC, but I decided to take a chance and i’m glad I did. I am an iPhone user so the interface was very familiar to me, overall it was better than I expected for sure!!!!!

It’s a gamble paying the extra $169 for 3 year apple care warranty but at least you get a piece of mind!

Everyone was very nice. But for some reason a very old Email account was attached to my new purchase of an IMAC and extended warranty, and it took 2+ hours of phone calls AND a store visit to get the problem corrected. Over a 4 day period. So I'm now ready to open the box and set up the system. Oh, and no one asked for ID when I picked up the unit at the store, after waiting in line for 10 minutes. The pick up desk is located behind the purchase line so you can't get to it unless you know it's there and people are willing to let you cut in front of them. Just not a real impressive experience.

Best Buy Citi bank credit application is a nightmare. With a great credit rating and total agreement with Eqifax, I am caught in an endless unsolvable loop with Citi credit who keep sending letters saying my soc sec number does not match. Equifax claims a simple business to business from a secret shared phone number would solve the SNAFU.
